Binchuan County Agriculture-related Credit Policy Research

Agriculture-related credit plays an important role in rural revitalization,which can provide financial support and help for agricultural and rural economic development,and also help to narrow the gap between urban and rural development and improve farmers’ income level.How should agriculture-related credit policies be adjusted to meet the needs of rural economic development,these problems still need further study and implementation,which is also the main problem faced in the development of agriculture-related credit work.Binchuan County began to implement rural microcredit in 2001,and officially became a pilot county of agriculture-related credit in 2003.By 2021,Binchuan County has developed rapid economy,the scale of agriculturerelated credit has been expanding,and agriculture-related credit policies have been continuously optimized,and achieved good results.This thesis selects Binchuan County as the research object,based on the analysis of the impact of agriculture-related credit policies on farmers ’income increase,collects agricultural-related credit and rural economic development level in Binchuan County,to understand the implementation status of agriculture-related credit policies in Binchuan County,the rural residents’ grasp of the policy and the implementation effect of the policy.Summarizes the binchuan agricultural credit policy implementation in rural credit capital supply shortage,agricultural credit business risk is higher,the problem of poor timeliness,aiming at these problems,this thesis puts forward the countermeasures of the Binchuan agricultural credit policy optimization,including expanding agricultural credit channels,guarantee agricultural credit funds are sufficient,strengthen the agricultural credit increase audit,improve the systemic risk compensation mechanism,improve the refinancing timeliness and deadline,etc.Through the research of this thesis,we hope to provide decision-making consultation for the development of agriculture-related credit policies in Binchuan County,and provide reference for the adjustment of agriculture-related credit policies in other rural areas.
