Since the 21 st century,information technology has entered a period of rapid development,because the state to support the development of the industry to ensure the development of the industry,resulting in the development of the industry has shown a rapid growth trend,the increasingly fierce market competition makes product quality gradually become the key factor to determine the success of the competition.As the top-level design of enterprise competition strategy,determines the survival and development of science and technology smes.Therefore,the foundation of small and medium-sized enterprises based on science and technology is to think about how to formulate appropriate competitive strategies,maximize their own advantages,in order to obtain new development opportunities.As a software development and Internet enterprise with independent intellectual property rights,H Company is typical among small and medium-sized enterprises in science and technology.This paper first expounds the current situation of H Company,and analyzes its operating income,operating income structure,existing strategy and existing problems in the past four years.Secondly,PEST analysis is adopted to analyze the external environment of H Company,and the internal situation of the company is explored.It is pointed out that although H company has the advantages of high flexibility,certain brand influence and is in a relatively positive political and economic environment,it still faces the problems of serious brain drain,few core technologies and insufficient financing ability.On this basis,SWOT analysis is used to make a matrix arrangement,and finally,differentiation strategy is selected according to the actual situation of H company,short-term and long-term goals and strategic priorities of the company are determined,and specific strategic implementation measures are proposed from the aspects of improving organizational security system,product research and development security,human resources system security,etc.,so as to ensure better implementation of competitive strategy.Make the enterprise get better survival and development.
