Under the background of the era of entrepreneurship and innovation,intelligent manufacturing industry,as a very important industry in economic development,has been continuously valued by the state.With the continuous development of manufacturing industry in our country,after entering the era of double and innovation,manufacturing industry has entered a stage of rapid development,its importance has become increasingly prominent,and it is also moving toward the direction of intelligent manufacturing,digitalization and big data.In the fierce market competition environment,the intelligent manufacturing industry has both opportunities and pressures.It should also make corresponding adjustments according to the changes of policies,economy,society,technology and other environment.LS Technology Co.,LTD(hereinafter referred to as: LS company)main products are all kinds of electronic products display function glass panel and other accessories,in the background of mass innovation,the development of intelligent manufacturing enterprises is of great benefit,but the company has sales channels to be expanded,research and development capacity needs to continue to strengthen and other issues,want to develop a feasible competitive strategy,Companies should consider how to achieve long-term and stable development in the fierce market competition.This paper takes LS company as the research object,using PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model analysis,EFE,IFE,value chain analysis,SWOT analysis,QSPM matrix and other competition theory and analysis tools to study LS company’s competitive strategy.The research believes that: at the macro level,the state continues to make efforts in the relevant policies of intelligent manufacturing industry,which has a good promotion of the overall intelligent process of the manufacturing industry.The state organs have a good promotion of the development of the manufacturing industry.Based on the nature of manufacturing,the intelligence of manufacturing industry has been effectively realized,and the digital transformation of manufacturing industry has been promoted.The domestic economy is in a state of recovery,the strength of the country is also growing and full of resilience,and the domestic industrial structure in the post-COVID-19 era is becoming stronger and more stable.With the update and iteration of intelligent manufacturing technology,the products produced are more precise,the manufacturing technology is more digital,the supporting facilities of the industry are increasingly perfect,the rise of artificial intelligence and other favorable macro factors,so that the development of the company ushered in new opportunities.In terms of industry environment,LS Company faces relatively small threat from potential entrants,so it can enjoy more market resources.However,the supplier has a strong bargaining power,the main customers affect the sales of the company,and the potential entrants also have a great threat to the company.From these aspects,LS company needs to strengthen the ability to deal with these aspects,in order to better development in the future.In terms of internal environment,the company has certain advantages in financial profit,corporate culture,invention patents,innovation and research and development ability,etc.,but it also has many disadvantages such as major defects in operation ability,the need to strengthen the overall quality of human resources,the need to expand sales channels,the inability to control the price of raw materials,and poor control of operation links.Through a comprehensive analysis of the external conditions and internal environment of LS company in the article,combined with various indicators in the SWOT matrix,the selection of LS company’s SO strategy was summarized and judged.The QSPM matrix model was used to scientifically analyze the conclusions obtained in the SWOT tool.Finally,it was concluded that the suitable strategy for the company at the current stage is differentiation strategy.Afterwards,in order to implement the strategy effectively,targeted measures were proposed from four aspects: brand,product,channel,and service;Secondly,it is pointed out that the company should improve its scientific research level,strengthen production quality management,strengthen human resource management,focus on financial capabilities,and build a reasonable corporate culture to ensure the implementation of the company’s differentiated competitive strategy,in order to obtain and maintain a good competitive advantage.Through these strategic guarantee measures,the implementation of LS company’s competitive strategy plan is further promoted.The author hopes to provide effective suggestions for the development of competitive strategies for intelligent manufacturing enterprises in China through this study.
