Research On Cloud Production Mode Of Remote Centralized Authorization Of Counter Business Of F Bank

Global commercial banks stride forward into the digital 4.0 era,and digitalization,automation and intelligence will become the development direction of the financial industry in the future.With the rapid growth of the counter authorization business,the problems existing in the traditional manual authorization are increasingly prominent,so it is urgent to replace the traditional bank authorization with a more secure and efficient authorization method.This paper takes the pilot bank Suzhou Branch as an example to analyze the effect of the promotion of the production model of the total branch in improving the efficiency and experience of the network.This paper takes the authorization mode of F bank’s remote centralized authorization of counter business as the object.Firstly,it analyzes the characteristics of the separation and process reconstruction of the pre-background business and the process reconstruction of F Bank’s remote centralized authorization of cloud production.The remote centralized authorization mode has achieved achievements in saving human resources,improving working efficiency,risk control and reducing the pressure of the front desk.Then it analyzes the problems encountered in the process of promotion of the production model and the results achieved.Finally,according to the problems in cloud production,the optimization suggestions are given,and the intelligent model quality inspection and intelligent cloud authorization scheme are proposed.The intelligent ID card verification,knowledge graph technology,ICR recognition and other advanced computer technologies are embedded in the business process,and the machine control replaces the human control,so as to achieve business simplification and intelligent processing,and improve work efficiency.Through the remote centralized authorization of the total points of the cloud production model,F bank further facilitated the transformation of the business outlets from the business type to the service type,and better practiced the "customer-centric" business philosophy.
