Years of work at the counter of bank branches has shown to me the fast-changing development of the counter business in the banking industry,epitomized by the complication of system operation,the multiplying of business types,and the increasingly rigorous institutions.All these signify the rapid growth of China's banking industry as well as the inevitability of this growth.People feel customers coming for banking services are not of a large quantity,but the waiting time is often quite long and people are always wondering why the service I come for needs so many certificates to be accepted and handled.Of course,this is caused by many factors.The new and prevalent remote centralized authorization system is one of the factors affects the transaction time.This paper focuses on the remote centralized authorization system of commercial banks,takes A for example to analyze the status quo and existing problems in the system,and discusses how to improve the emerging counter operation system of commercial banks,so as to save time for average customers considering the fierce competition in the banking industry,to reduce their waiting time,to grasp more customer resources through everyday experience,and thus to win a better business reputation.This paper consists of five chapters: the first chapter is an introduction,mainly introduce the research background and the structure of essays.The second chapter is theory summary,it presents the fundamental theory,definition and the basic operation of the Remote centralized authorization system.And then analyzes the cause of the Remote centralized authorization system.The third chapter is to risk cases as examples,illustrating the necessity of remote centralized authorization system.The fourth chapter focuses on the remote centralized authorization system of commercial banks,takes A for example to analyze the status quo of the system.Finally,the fifth chapter is the conclusion,suggest to other commercial bank that how to improve the remote centralized authorization system.
