With the institutional reform of China's financial institutions,the maturity of domestic financial markets has increased,and the proportion of direct financing has gradually increased.The marketization of interest rates has further reduced China's traditional bank income(bank loan interest spreads),and the bank's traditional credit business has further reduced its income level.The rapid development of IT technology has caused some internet financial payment agencies,especially Alipay and Wechat,to make the payment and settlement competition intensify,and the competition of commercial banks will intensify.However,in the face of such a fierce market environment with homogenous competition,how to improve service quality and efficiency,increase customer viscosity,and reduce operating costs have become the fundamental source of commercial bank competitiveness.The success of commercial bank competition is reflected in the services provided and reflected in price,value,and timelyness.As one of the three basic functions of the organization,operation management is the source of the company's competitiveness,and effective operational functions can bring high returns to the company.Its goal is to make the quality of the output(product or service)of the production and operation system.Cost,time,flexibility and other aspects achieve optimal results.This paper analyzes the status quo of Gansu's centralized operations in Central Bank of Gansu,points out the main existing problems and reasonable suggestions,and is based on the theory of process reengineering,total quality management theory,and process bank theory.In response to the current operation status of the Bank of China Gansu Branch,some solutions have been proposed,requiring the Bank of China Gansu Provincial Branch to attach great importance to the entire bank,and concentrate on promoting the consolidation of operation services of the Bank of Gansu Branch of the Bank of China,giving full play to the strategic position of the operation.Increase investment in operational process reengineering capabilities,and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of operations management.At the same time,implement the “big operation” management philosophy from top to bottom across the bank,and go through intensification,refinement,and specialization in various ways.The road to development.Relying on emerging science and technology such as blockchain,big data,and OCR,the automation and intelligence of back-office operations are realized.
