Research On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Sinan County Under The Background Of Agricultural And Tourism Integration

With the improvement of people’s living standards,the concept of great health is gradually popularized and deepened,and people’s pursuit of spiritual needs is constantly improving,so leisure agriculture came into being.In recent years,leisure agriculture has been highly concerned by the Party and the state.From the state to the local level,policies to encourage and support the development of leisure agriculture emerge in endlessly.The vane of policies has pointed out the direction for the development of leisure agriculture.Leisure agriculture is a new industry based on the integration of agriculture and tourism.It is a tourism consumption industry based on agriculture,which fully integrates the natural landscape resources and cultural tourism resources in the region,and finally presents itself in the form of serving tourists,aiming at leisure tourism.In recent years,there are many researches on leisure agriculture,but most of them are based on a single perspective,mainly focusing on the basic research of concept definition,market development research,benefit impact and attitude evaluation research.However,there are few researches on leisure agriculture development,integration path,integration strategy,etc.from the perspective of agricultural tourism integration.Based on the literature review,this paper defines the related concepts,and takes the theories of agricultural integration,sustainable development and multi-functional agriculture as the theoretical basis,and the Sinan County as the research area,the development conditions,effects and models of leisure agriculture in Sinan County were analyzed through field investigation.On this basis,the evaluation index system of the integration of leisure agriculture,agriculture and tourism in Sinan County was established by using the methods of questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation system includes three levels: target level,system level and index level,the system layer is the fusion condition,the fusion level,the fusion benefit,through the expert grading opinion carries on the revision and finally determines 17 target layers.Finally,8 different leisure agriculture demonstration sites were selected,and their comprehensive scores were calculated according to the weight of each index,and the integration degree of agriculture-tourism was evaluated.On this basis,the paper analyzes the current situation,development model and existing problems of leisure agriculture in Sinan County and draws the following conclusions:(1)There are many development models of leisure agriculture in Sinan County,presenting a spatial layout of "one city,one pulse,two rings and four districts".However,the development of leisure agriculture in Sinan County is limited to a certain extent due to the shortage of professional talents,the low degree of perfection of tourism infrastructure and public service system,the high degree of homogeneity of products,the scattered distribution and the lack of integration and linkage.(2)Through questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process,the indicator system of agricultural tourism integration degree in Sinan County was constructed,and finally one target layer,three system layers and 17 indicator layers were constructed.The weights of system level fusion conditions,fusion levels and fusion benefits are 0.39,0.17 and 0.44 respectively.The biggest contribution to the target layer is the integration benefit.(3)According to the calculation of the integration of agriculture and tourism in eight different leisure agriculture research points,the comprehensive scores rank from high to low: Jiutian Hot Spring Health Resort,Bailu Lake Tourist Area,Muyunping Mountain Pasture Custom Park,Tangtou Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park,Wantang Village Self Picking Strawberry Garden,Zhangjiazhai Tea Industry Leisure Park,Haojiawan Folk Custom Park,Sidong Leisure Farm.The comprehensive scores are 8.131、7.195、6.832、6.325、5.793、5.239、5.147、4.456、4.448、4.370.Among them,the initial stage of agriculture-tourism integration accounted for 60% of the total number of surveys,the intermediate stage of agriculture-tourism integration accounted for 30%,and the mature stage of agriculture-tourism integration accounted for 10%.(4)Through in-depth analysis of the current situation,development mode and existing problems of leisure agriculture in Sinan County,as well as the calculation of the integration degree of agriculture and tourism of leisure agriculture in Sinan County,it is found that the integration of agriculture and tourism in Sinan County is at a low level.According to the evaluation results,it is necessary to further promote the integrated development of the two by focusing on the integration conditions,integration levels and integration benefits.It is necessary to optimize,transform and upgrade the development of leisure agriculture in terms of resource integration,building leading brand projects,improving public infrastructure services,and promote the scientific development of leisure agriculture in Sinan County.
