| After more than 20 years of vigorous development,the real estate industry has accelerated the urbanization process and played a significant role in stimulating domestic economic growth.As we all know,the three magic weapons of real estate enterprises: land,capital,and talent,all of which are indispensable.However,compared to the first two items,talent is the most valuable resource and the most important factor for enterprise development,playing an increasingly important role in enterprise management.Compared with land resources and capital,human resources are more flexible and active,which is the key for enterprises to achieve strategic goals.Therefore,if real estate enterprises want to survive and develop,they must understand the importance of human resources.The incentive system is in the core position of enterprise human resources management,which has a huge role in promoting the market competitiveness of enterprises.How to make the incentive system play the biggest role in enterprise management has become the current real estate enterprises tireless research topic.This study takes the real estate enterprise L,where the author works,as the research object.Under the guidance of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,two-factor theory,comprehensive incentive theory and other theories,this study uses the method combining theory and practice,using literature analysis,statistical analysis,internal interview,questionnaire survey,and other methods,and starts from the five aspects of salary,performance,training,promotion and corporate culture.By analyzing the current situation of the incentive system of grassroots employees in L real estate enterprise,it is found that the incentive system of grassroots employees in L real estate enterprise has some problems,such as unreasonable salary incentive system setting,unscientific performance appraisal incentive system,incomplete training and development incentive system,unobstructed promotion channels and imperfect enterprise culture incentive system,influenced by the existing enterprise management mode.In view of the above five aspects of the problem,put forward the improvement of salary incentive system,optimize the performance appraisal incentive system,strengthen the training and development incentive system,unblocked promotion channels incentive system and improve the enterprise culture incentive system five aspects corresponding incentive measures.At the same time,in order to ensure the implementation of the incentive system for grassroots employees in L real estate enterprises,three safeguard measures have been formulated to ensure the smooth implementation of the incentive system for grassroots employees in L real estate enterprises,namely organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee,and corporate culture guarantee.This study proposes an incentive system scheme for grassroots staff of L real estate enterprise,which is helpful to further improve the existing incentive system of L real estate enterprise,make it more in line with the current development status of L real estate enterprise,improve the human resource management level of L real estate enterprise,and stimulate the work vitality of grassroots staff of L real estate enterprise.Promote the healthy,orderly and stable development of real estate enterprises;On the other hand,it provides reference for other real estate enterprises with the same problem to optimize the incentive system. |
