Research On Decision-making And Coordination Of Fresh Agricultural Products Supply Chain Based On Bilateral Quality Control

With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people ’s living standards,people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of fresh agricultural products.Freshness and price are important factors affecting consumers ’ consumption behavior.Fresh agricultural products have brought challenges to ensure the quality of fresh agricultural products due to their inherent seasonality and high requirements for temperature and humidity.Considering the two factors of price and freshness that consumers mainly consider when purchasing fresh agricultural products in real life,a random market demand function is constructed.This paper takes price and freshness as dependent variables,on the basis of affecting the market demand of fresh agricultural products,adds supplier quality effort level and retailer preservation effort level,on the basis of unilateral quality control decision-making,further studies bilateral quality control decision-making,gives the equilibrium state of fresh agricultural products under different decision-making modes,and introduces contract coordination mechanism for suppliers and retailers.Reasonable distribution of profits provides a basis for improving supply chain profits as a whole;Finally,MATLAB is used for numerical simulation to more intuitively reflect the impact of quality effort level on different decisions and the impact of different coordination mechanisms on the equilibrium state of supply chain.The research shows that the bilateral quality control of the members of the fresh agricultural product supply chain is the best for the overall profit of the supply chain compared with the unilateral quality control,but the bilateral quality control process needs to reasonably allocate the profits of the two sides.Based on the different decision-making modes of bilateral quality,the retailer ’s order quantity and the overall profit of the supply chain under centralized decision-making are better than those under decentralized decisionmaking,while the sales price is lower than that under decentralized decision-making.Based on the influence of quality effort level and preservation effort level on the profit growth rate of supply chain members,the retailer is greater than the supplier,and the supplier is greater than the whole supply chain.From the perspective of the optimal overall profit of the supply chain,the quality effort input and preservation effort of the two have a maximum value,which can achieve profit optimization within a certain range.Based on the contract coordination mechanism,through the reasonable adjustment of the revenue sharing coefficient and the cost sharing coefficient,the quality effort level,the preservation effort level and the overall profit of the supply chain under the decentralized decisionmaking can tend to the value of each decision variable under the centralized decisionmaking.The profit of the supplier and the retailer is greater than the profit value under the decentralized decision-making,so as to realize the optimization of the supply chain system.The research results of this paper are based on the effect of the bilateral quality control level of the fresh agricultural product supply chain on the overall profit of the supply chain.It emphasizes that there is an effective interval that makes the contract coordination mechanism work.It provides a complete profit coordination mechanism among supply chain members,enriches the corresponding theory in this research field,and provides a more comprehensive decision-making and contract coordination mechanism reference for fresh agricultural products.
