In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet of things technology and global division of labor,supply chain management has become the main mode of enterprise development.At the same time,as the state and the public pay more and more attention to the performance of corporate social responsibility,corporate social responsibility has an important impact on the development of enterprises.Therefore,in the logistics service supply chain,how to coordinate the level of corporate social responsibility so that the supply chain achieve the unity of economic and social benefits while pursuing the maximization of their own interests is crucial for the sustainable development of the logistics service supply chain.This paper combs the domestic and foreign literature on supply chain corporate social responsibility and logistics service supply chain,and introduces logistics corporate social responsibility into the three-level logistics service supply chain system composed of logistics service integrators,logistics service providers and logistics service subcontractors,A three-level logistics service supply chain decision-making model considering corporate social responsibility is constructed by using Stackelberg game and mathematical model.The optimal corporate social responsibility level,optimal logistics demand and total profit of supply chain under decentralized decision-making model and centralized decision-making model are compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the supply chain system under decentralized decision-making model cannot reach the coordination state,Therefore,it is necessary to introduce coordination mechanism to make the state of supply chain under decentralized decision consistent with that under centralized decision.Finally,a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the model,and the effects of relevant parameters on logistics demand,social responsibility level and supply chain system profit before and after coordination are analyzed.The results show that no matter in which decision-making model,corporate social responsibility awareness has a positive impact on logistics demand,corporate social responsibility level,and supply chain profits.Integrators’ social responsibility can better promote the development of the supply chain.However,under the coordination of contracts,the growth rate of each variable is faster,and the profit growth of integrators is prior to that of suppliers and subcontractors.The logistics demand,corporate social responsibility and system profit under the centralized decision-making model are better than those under the decentralized decision-making model.The revenue sharing cost sharing coordination mechanism with compensation can promote the integrators to assume greater social responsibility,improve the interests of supply chain members,and achieve coordination of the supply chain.The relative bargaining power will not affect the total profit of the supply chain.However,with the improvement of bargaining power,the profit of subcontractors will increase,while the profit of relative suppliers and integrators will decrease,but it will not be lower than the profit under the decentralized decision-making model.This paper introduces corporate social responsibility into the logistics service supply chain,and deeply studies the impact of corporate social responsibility on the whole supply chain and supply chain members,so as to promote logistics enterprises to carry out social responsibility management efficiently and reasonably,improve the efficiency of logistics services,and unify the economic and social benefits of the supply chain,At the same time,it provides some theoretical guidance for logistics enterprises to carry out social responsibility management. |
