As people have higher and higher demands for the quality of life, more and more consumers prefer the products and services related to enterprises that undertake Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)when consuming. In fact, the undertaking of corporate social responsibility has a direct or indirect impact on corporate reputation and corporate performance,so corporate social responsibility is an important factor in Logistics Service Supply Chain(LSSC)management. In order to meet customer demand and increase channel revenue, logistics service providers begin to consider opening a new channel to form a Two-channel Logistics Service Supply Chain with the traditional logistics service supply chain. However, opening new channel will cause channel conflicts, chain benefits may not be increased, etc. So,under the premise of considering CSR,should we open a new channel? What is the impact of opening a new channel on LSSC? How to coordinate the channels? These are urgent problems to be solved.According to the above background, this article builds a LSSC consisting of a logistics service provider,a logistics service integrator and client enterprises, and studies the decision-making and coordination considering corporate social responsibility under the background of single-channel and Two-channel logistics service supply chains respectively. The specific contents are as follows:Firstly, for Single-channel Logistics Service Supply Chain, considering the impact of logistics service price and CSR level on customer demand,we build a centralized decision-making model and a decentralized decision-making model.Through comparing the integrator’s logistics service price, customer’s logistics service demand,CSR level, profit of each member and total profit in the above two decision-making modes,it is found that the logistics service price, corporate social responsibility level and total profit of LSSC under centralized decision are higher than those under decentralized decision respectively. Therefore cost sharing contract is adopted to coordinate single channel LSSC,and better coordination effect is obtained. Then, for two channel LSSC,the centralized decision model and decentralized decision model are constructed respectively considering the impact of logistics service price and CSR level on demand and the CSR commitment of logistics service providers. In order to further strengthen the interest entanglements between the coordination subjects, the combination contract of revenue sharing and cost sharing is adopted to coordinate two channel LSSC,and good coordination effect is obtained. Finally, the decision results of single-channel and two-channel logistics service supply chain considering CSR are compared, and the influence of CSR level sensitivity coefficient,CSR cost sensitivity coefficient, price sensitivity coefficient and channel share on relevant variables is analyzed and discussed. The results show that opening a new sales channel is beneficial to improve the level of CSR and the overall profits of LSSC,but there is a possibility of hurting the profits of logistics service integrators. The revenue-cost-sharing contract can alleviate channel conflicts and achieve the coordination of LSSC.
