Intelligent manufacturing strategy is not only a new engine to promote global economic development,but also the main direction of transformation and upgrading in various fields of Chinese economic and social.At present,the intelligent manufacturing ecosystem is formed initially in our country,but the lack of relevant basic service management and the strong support of the security system,the internal management system is not perfect,excess capacity in some fields and other factors,and a certain extent of the production potential of intelligent manufacturing enterprises in our country.The increasing of international trade barriers and the challenges brought by the new wave of scientific and technological revolution such as intelligent manufacturing have put forward higher requirements for the management ability and operation mode of intelligent manufacturing economic entities,Organizational management ability plays an important role in the process of enterprise growth and development,among which management ability and organizational management mode are considered as one of the key factors affecting the growth of enterprises.Efficient enterprise management can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and explore the potential advantages of enterprises.Therefore,this thesis takes intelligent manufacturing listed companies as the research object,and empirically-explores the enterprise technical efficiency and its influence on the growth of intelligent manufacturing listed companies as well as its particularity,which is of great significance for optimizing resource input and allocation,improving the enterprise technical efficiency,and improving the enterprise’s sustainable development ability under the fierce market competition environment.First of all,based on the panel data of listed intelligent manufacturing companies in China from 2016 to 2021,this thesis uses DEA method to make horizontal comparative analysis of the technical efficiency of listed companies.Meanwhile,Malmquist index method is used to observe the dynamic change trend of overall and individual enterprise technical efficiency during the study period.And combined with the internal and external environment of the enterprise analysis of the main factors that lead to the change of efficiency value.The results showed that the six-year average of pure technical efficiency of Chinese intelligent manufacturing listed companies was 0.851,the average of scale efficiency was 0.962,and the average of comprehensive technical efficiency was 0.818.From the perspective of dynamic performance,the efficiency value of listed intelligent manufacturing companies fluctuates year by year,and the Malmquist index value shows an upward trend from 2016 to 2018,and a downward trend after 2018.Then,the Tobit method is used to build an impact model of enterprise technical efficiency,which is mainly based on enterprise scale,profitability,supply chain concentration and other perspectives to empirically explore the factors affecting the technical efficiency of intelligent manufacturing listed companies.Finally,the growth evaluation model of listed companies is constructed from the perspectives of profitability,operating ability,development ability and cash gain ability,and the influence degree of enterprise technical efficiency on growth ability is further explored.The results show that the six-year average of pure technical efficiency of Chinese intelligent manufacturing listed companies is 0.851,the average of scale efficiency is 0.962,and the average of comprehensive technical efficiency is 0.818,indicating that scale efficiency is relatively high.During the study period,five listed companies reached the optimal technical efficiency value.From the perspective of dynamic performance,the efficiency value of intelligent manufacturing listed companies fluctuated year by year.Enterprise scale,profitability,supplier concentration and equity balance are significantly positively correlated with the technical efficiency of listed intelligent manufacturing companies,which are important factors affecting the technical efficiency.Customer concentration,ownership concentration and technical efficiency of listed companies are not significantly positive correlation,in addition,technical efficiency has a positive promoting effect on the growth of intelligent manufacturing listed companies.Therefore,this thesis puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve enterprise growth ability and resource allocation efficiency,in order to provide a basis for intelligent manufacturing enterprises to realize effective allocation of resources and the improvement of sustainable development ability.
