| With the deepening trend of economic globalization and the continuous expansion of the internet e-commerce market,people’s demand for consumer products is constantly increasing,from local expansion to nationwide and then to global commodities.As a result,the demand for express logistics is also constantly increasing.Since the development of the20 th century,the scale of China’s logistics industry has been continuously expanding,but the rapid development of the industry has also brought many challenges,ranging from market environment to enterprise development,with varying degrees of development problems.This article analyzes the current management situation of Z Postal Express Logistics Company based on performance management theory,explores the reform direction of performance management in logistics enterprises,further improves the core competitiveness and performance management level of the enterprise,and enables Z Postal Express Logistics Company to better survive and develop in the increasingly emerging express companies today.This article analyzes the existing industry market environment,enterprise development status,and performance management model to construct the balanced scorecard performance management of Z Postal Express Logistics Company.We mainly used methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and Analytic Hierarchy Process to improve and construct new performance management.This article cites the Balanced Scorecard,a new type of performance management tool,to systematize enterprise management work and enhance the ability of enterprise strategy execution.The most crucial core in the construction of performance management is to break the original single performance evaluation mode and establish a full process,closed-loop performance management.The first step is to formulate a performance management plan,define the strategic objectives and development vision of the enterprise,first analyze the internal and external environment of Z Postal Express Logistics Company with SWOT analysis method,and then analyze the performance management of the enterprise after the reform of mailing and delivery by using the balanced scorecard,transform the enterprise’s thinking goals into quantifiable and tangible indicators,draw a Strategy map,help the enterprise sort out the relationship between key indicators,and use visual relationships to show causal links,Help leaders and executors at all levels clarify their responsibilities and lay the foundation for subsequent performance management processes.The second step is to implement a performance plan,which transforms the post performance feedback stage of management communication into an in process performance coaching and correction stage through performance communication work;Timely collect and record performance information to increase objective standards for long-term performance measurement.The third step is to establish an evaluation mechanism.As a key aspect of performance management,performance evaluation should have a well-defined evaluation cycle and process,clarify the division of responsibilities,improve process control,and supervise enterprise managers to comprehensively grasp the development of the enterprise through the monthly job reporting system.The fourth step is to carry out strategic feedback work,conduct performance evaluation and learning training,test the effectiveness of strategic goals,and provide reasonable suggestions to ensure the smooth operation of performance management.Therefore,this article studies the performance of Z Postal Express Logistics Company during the delivery reform stage,and constructs a relatively complete performance management for it.The multi-dimensional analysis concept of the Balanced Scorecard can not only help enterprise managers operate the enterprise,but also implement the enterprise’s strategy and goals in the overall development of the enterprise,help employees clarify the development ideas of the enterprise,and achieve maximum benefits,And it provides a certain reference basis for the performance management of the express delivery logistics industry,which has played a positive role in promoting the sustainable development of China’s express delivery market. |
