With the development of China's social economy, the economic structure has been continuously optimized, and the development of circular economy has become an irreversible trend of the times.Advanced producing technology and large-scale industrial production have caused tens of thousands of products to be eliminated every day in the world, which has a serious impact on the environment. In case of severe conditions, the remanufacturing industry came into being.Productions which are broken or out of use reborn with remanufacturing technology.Providing a new way to deal with a large number of scrapped products. However, not all consumers are willing to replace new products with remanufactured products. For remanufacturers, when the purchase volume is below a certain level, the cost savings from remanufacturing may not be sufficient to offset the reduced profits. Therefore, studying the degree of consumer acceptance and recognition of remanufactured products plays an important role in whether manufacturers are doing remanufacturing activities and increasing the profitability of remanufactured products. At the same time, the competition and cooperation model between manufacturers and remanufacturers will also have an impact on the returns of members of the supply chain. In view of this, this paper firstly uses the questionnaire survey method to empirically analyze the consumer's cognition and recognition of remanufactured products, and analyze the internal and external factors that affect consumers' purchase of remanufactured products.Secondly,Based on consumer preferences, establish a game model of cooperation and competition between manufacturers and remanufacturers, and study sales channel selection and product pricing decisions for dual-channel closed-loop supply chain. In order to obtain useful conclusions for the members of the supply chain to obtain the maximum. The study found that in the cooperative mode, the profits of manufacturers and remanufacturers increased with the increase of consumer awareness. At the same time, the profits from the manufacturer's direct sales model are much higher than the profits under the distribution model. Therefore, manufacturers and remanufacturers often choose the direct sales model to increase their profits. For retailers, manufacturers selling remanufactured products can crowd out the market where retailers sell new products, and retailers should look for new ways to attract consumers through better services or goods. In the competitive mode, when the remanufacturer distributes the remanufactured product, the profit of the manufacturer decreases as the consumer's awareness of the remanufactured product increases. In the direct selling mode, the profit of the manufacturer increases with the consumer's awareness. The increase is mainly because manufacturers are protecting their own interests through the patent licensing system under the competitive pressure of remanufacturers. For retailers, the better channel choice is to distribute remanufactured products.Comparing the two modes,we find that the cooperative mode is superior to the competitive mode for the manufacturer and the remanufacturer, and suggest them to establish a cooperative partnership. The research in this paper enriches the dual-channel closed-loop supply chain management theory. The research results provide an important reference for the pricing and channel selection of supply chain members, and have important practical significance for the government to better publicize and implement remanufacturing related policies.
