In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s civil service management and security system,the demand for civil service recruitment is increasing,More and more job seekers take the recruitment of civil servants as the main way to obtain stable career development,and the phenomenon of "civil service exam fever" has intensified.The outbreak of COVID-19 has made online education attract the attention of examinees,and the training enterprises of civil service examination have also paid more attention to online education business.What’s more,the excellent online teachers have become the key factors to the development of the online business.How to attract more excellent teachers is a critical issue for enterprises to develop online business.X company has to confront it.This paper takes the X company’s civil service exam training online teacher recruitment management as the subject.It collects recruitment of the teacher in educational industry,as well as X company’s civil service examination training online teacher.By consulting literature,it also acquires theory about recruitment management and competency.The competency factors of the position are collected through interviews,data analysis and questionnaire survey.SPSSAU is used for statistical analysis of the data,and the competency model of X Company’s online teachers of civil exam training is established.3 dimensions of basic teaching ability literacy,personal professional characteristics and teaching innovation literacy are namely extracted.16 competency elements are as followed: ability to apply professional knowledge,handling teaching emergency,professional ethics,values,sense of responsibility,learning ability,resistance to pressure,ability to understand others,sense of service,sense of achievement,communication skills,team cooperation,creativity,self-confidence,teaching design ability,personal teaching style.Based on this model,3 talent portraits are drawn.Combined with the portraits,the recruitment management of X Company’s civil service exam training online teacher is improved.This study provides X Company with the online teacher recruitment methods to solve the existing problems,which enable X Company can better carry out the recruitment management of this position and the construction of the company’s talent team,improves the human resource management system of X Company,and provides suggestion for other enterprises with the same human resource management problems. |
