Talents make big contribution to the process of company's expansion and in the meanwhile company has realized on it.With the development of globalization,the competition becomes fiercer and fiercer than even before.It has become key concern for company if they can attract potential talent and persuade them to join company.Recruitment is a vital way to provide talents that meet company's requirements and improve both competing ability and company's image.According to the different situations of various company,author analyze the issue occurred in recruitment process and then provide related improvement space and plan to help company.It's very important for the paper's aim.Based on the literature study,author makes a plan about the recruitment improvement of G Company and use different ways to analyze it during the process.The recruiting improvement plan consist of six parts,which include to modify the competency model,make human resource plan,build up the muti-culture recruiter,manage recruitment channel,make sure recruiting test and evaluation.In the meanwhile,the plan is based on G Company's situation.The improvement solution will make company more clear about the recruitment process and the place where pay attention to.It can become a guideline for the foreign companies that have willing to develop in China.
