The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Global Tourism In Yongtai County

With the rapid development of the social economy,people’s quality of life is improving day by day,and the status and role of tourism are gradually getting more important.The development of tourism is not only an important guarantee to meet people’s pursuit of a better life,but also an effective way to promote industrial integration and achieve high-quality development.It is also a key measure to integrate and respond to China’s major strategies of ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization.In this context,all-for-one tourism arises at the historic moment.Since 2015,when the state proposed to create demonstration areas for all-for-one tourism,all parts of the country have mushroomed in the construction of demonstration areas.However,the current academic research on all-for-one tourism is inadequate,which is still relatively backward compared with the practice of all-for-one tourism being implemented in various places and cannot provide more institutional support for the follow-up implementation path and long-term governance.Especially,as one of the first batch of all-for-one tourism demonstration area units in the country,Yongtai County of Fujian Province is facing a critical point in the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and establishment of a national “Two Mountains” theoretical practice innovation base.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct further research on the topic of all-for-one tourism development so that the county can take the lead in the development of all-for-one tourism and continue to deepen and improve all aspects of green development and high-quality development.This paper studies the development status of Yongtai County in the process of promoting all-for-one tourism through methods such as comparative analysis,interview,and literature research,and explores the main deficiencies and key problems in the current development process.These problems include the low-level and homogeneous development of tourism resources,the lack of comprehensive elements of tourism products,the lack of tourism supporting services,the lack of diversified publicity and marketing,and the lack of professional tourism talents.The specific reasons for these problems are mainly due to the difficulties in implementing government planning ideas,the lack of synergy in the collaborative governance among different departments,the insufficient financial funds,and the incomplete tourism institutional mechanism.On this basis,this paper summarizes and draws on the best experiences of all-for-one tourism development in Taishun County in Zhejiang,Xiuwu County in Henan,Dehua County in Quanzhou,and Wuyishan City in Nanping and analyses the development path of Yongtai County’s all-for-one tourism in the future from four aspects,including tourism products,industrial integration,service support,and mechanism innovation.More specifically,these four aspects include: to clarify the development direction and promote the differentiation of tourism products;to deepen industrial integration and promote the sustainable development of all-for-one tourism;to optimize service facilities and enhance the reception capacity of all-for-one tourism;to build an innovative mechanism to improve the comprehensive tourism service.Through these countermeasures,the paper provides reference and supplementary measures for Yongtai County to develop all-for-one tourism.It also offers a case reference for the academic field to study the development of the tourism industry.
