Research On Quality Management About Detector Of Gst

The main purpose of this article is to study the current status and problems of detector product quality management at Gulf Safety Technology Co.,Ltd.(GST).Based on the product development process,the research divides the product lifecycle into R&D,trial,and mass stage,analyzes the quality management issues in each stages.Through analysis,identify the shortcomings in the quality management,apply quality management methods and concepts,combine the actual situation of the company to propose a plan suitable for the development of GST,which is helpful for the development of the company’s quality management,and ultimately achieving a significant improvement in the comprehensive competitiveness level.Firstly,an overview of the basic theories of quality management was provided,and the current development status of quality management was analyzed.The important role of quality management in the development of modern enterprises was elaborated.Secondly,based on the quality management theories,combined with the actual situation of GST,the quality management situation in the three stage is studied.Once again,by analyzing the current situation,identify the problems that exist in the quality management of the R&D stage,such as: failure modes cannot be fully identified during FMEA;The MSA and CPK during the trial stage did not meet the standards;The selection of SPC tools during the mass stage is not suitable,the utilization of quality resources is insufficient,and there is a lack of verification of product reliability.Finally,in response to the current situation and existing problems in the quality management of detector products at GST,an improvement plan was proposed.And the plan will ultimately be solidified in the form of standard.Controlled management is carried out in the form of calculation templates and work instructions to ensure that improvement measures can be thoroughly implemented and improve the company’s quality management.
