The Research About Supply Of Rural Pension Service

With the development of the economy,the problem of population aging in our country has attracted a lot of social attention.With the rural revitalization strategy implement,the construction of the pension service system has become national strategy.In 2017,the State Council issued "the Notice about the Development of the Aging Cause and the Pension Service System Contribution During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",the notice point out emphatically,the development of Aging Cause and the contrast of the pension service system in rural areas should be based on the home-based care services,supported by the village committees,reinforced by the social organizations and institutions.Build a legalized,informational,and standardized pension service system.The 20 th CPC National Congress point out that: in the next decade,we should implement the actively national strategy on the aging population,develop the pension industry optimize the services for the elderly,and promote basic pension services to all aging people.promote rural revitalization,coordinate the rural infrastructure development and overall arrangement the public services,and promote urban and rural development.This research is based on the Public Product Theory,Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory,Welfare Pluralism Theory,combined with the current situation of the supply of pension service in rural areas of L City.According to a questionnaire investigation and interviews,make a social investigation about the living conditions of the elderly in rural areas of the city,and the current situation of the pension service supply.According to the analysis,it is concluded that there are problems in the supply of pension service in the rural area of L city,such as low disposable income,insufficient medical infrastructure construction,And the social pension institutions quantity and the community nursing service system is insufficient,single supply content,and neglect of spiritual and cultural supply.This paper analyses the reasons,and puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions on the accurate identification of elderly service objects,the coordination of service subjects,and the diversification of service content and forms,such as strengthen the leading role of the government,develop the rural economy,promote the integration of medical and health care,strengthen the spiritual and cultural supply,develop community elderly care,and improve the quality of elderly care service supply and so on,to help the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
