The Influence Research Of Main Body Behavior Of Technology Supply And Demand To Scientific Achievements Transformation In Agricultural University

As an agricultural country, "Three rural" issue has restricted the comprehensive construction of China’s well-off society. Relying on scientific and technological innovation is the most fundamental way. With the increasing of the number of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China year by year, speeding up the "transformation" is the important means to realize industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. Agricultural universities are important distributing centers of agricultural scientific and technological achievements have the abundant education and science strength, advanced research achievements and perfect in frastructure. At the same time, as the head of promoting transformation of scientific and technological achievements, agricultural university’ duty is promoting the scientific and technological achievement transformation. By analyzing the present situation of science and technology achievements transformation of agricultural universities in China, we find some problems in science and technology achievements transformation in agricultural universities, thus solving the bottleneck factor in scientific and technological transformation achievements in agricultural universities has significant meaning in speeding up China’s agricultural development and agricultural science and technology progress. First of all, it is helpful to promote the transformation achievements of science and technology in agricultural university, play the economic benefits of scientific and technological achievements. Second, it is helpful to promote the development of local economy and the overall development in urban and rural areas. Third, it is helpful to promote the development of agricultural university itself, enhance the vitality of colleges and universities.This paper is based on the Supply and Demand theory, the Behavior and Behavior Change theory, and the Agriculture Pedal theory and the Technology Communication theory, analyses the present situation and the main modal of science and technology achievement transformation in agricultural university, and puts forward the existing problems. This article focuses on the influence of technology supply main body behavior(including organizational behavior, promotion behavior, cooperative behavior and learning behavior, etc.) and technology demand subject behavior(including technology adoption behavior, technology diffusion behavior, buying behavior and technology learning behavior, etc.)to the scientific and technological achievements transformation in agriculture universities. Finally, using the principal component analysis,analysis the significance of the main behavior of technology supply and technology demand in agricultural university,which will influence science and technology achievements transformation, analyses the significance and the main body behavior and puts forward the optimization suggestions on speeding unscientific and technological achievements transformation in agricultural university.According to the research,we conclude the following conclusions: first, as the technology supply main body, agricultural university needs to optimize the existing model for popularizing agricultural scientific and technological achievements, integrate and promote the personal agricultural technology transformation behavior and attract more people who are willing to participate in the scientific and technological achievements transformation, carry out targeted training, so as to promote the science and technology achievements transformation in agricultural university. Second, by changing the inherent learning behavior of agricultural technology demand subject, reducing the risk of technology adoption, we can further optimize the behavior in learning、transmission and use of the agricultural technology demand main body(farmers and agricultural enterprises).Finally, We should build the agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation information platform, make the subjects of agricultural technology supply and demand get the symmetry information, eventually achieve the goal of promoting the science and technology achievements transformation in agricultural university.
