| Logistics industry’s high-quality development is an important component of the highquality development of the economy,and it is crucial to promoting the high-quality development of the economy.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is the third-largest economy in China,with high openness and strong economic vitality.In-depth research on how the big data industry can promote the high-quality development of the logistics industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region can effectively promote the transformation of the logistics industry in the region towards high-quality development,provide more comprehensive and accurate services for the logistics industry in the region,and promote social harmony and stability in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Firstly,this article explains the theoretical basis of high-quality development of the logistics industry and the mechanism of data empowerment for high-quality development of the logistics industry.Secondly,it constructs a high-quality development level indicator system for the big data industry and the logistics industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.By using factor analysis and entropy-weighted TOPSIS method to measure the development levels of the big data industry and logistics industry in 13 cities in the region,and evaluate their data application capability,data innovation capability,development foundation level,as well as logistics industry innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing levels.Finally,a panel-smooth transition regression model is constructed to empirically analyze the impact of the big data industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei on the highquality development of the logistics industry,and the Moran index is used to empirically analyze the spatial differences in the big data industry’s promotion of high-quality development of the logistics industry.Research shows that the development of the big data industry has a non-linear increasing marginal effect on the level of logistics,and its effect will enter a high mechanism level as the development level of the big data industry exceeds the threshold of 0.5339,and it will smoothly transition between different mechanism levels.Currently,there is an obvious negative spatial correlation between logistics innovation,sharing,and coordination,and no gathering effect has been formed yet.The level of green and open development in logistics has not shown clear spatial concentration or diffusion phenomena.In the BeijingTianjin-Hebei region,the development quality of the logistics industry has an obvious polarization trend and needs further optimization. |
