| Against the background of the goal of “reaching the peak of carbon and being carbon neutral”,China clearly proposes to adhere to the high-quality development path of ecological priority,green and low-carbon,and promote the transformation and development of green industry.At the same time,the “14th Five Year Plan” for the Green Development of Industry also points out that it is necessary to drive industrial production mode changes through digital transformation and enable green manufacturing.It can be seen that the digital economy has been highly valued by the government to assist in the green development of industry.In order to specifically explore the impact of the current digital economy on China’s industrial green development,this article builds a measurement indicator system based on the connotation of the digital economy and industrial green development.Taking30 provincial administrative regions in China as the research object,it measures the level of China’s digital economy and industrial green development from 2013 to 2020,and constructs a panel data multiple regression model and a spatial econometric model in order to empirical study on the impact of digital economy on industrial green development and possible impact mechanisms.The specific research is as follows:Firstly,analyze and summarize the research status and relevant theories of digital economy and green development at home and abroad.On this basis,clarify the concept definition of digital economy and industrial green development in this article,and conduct a theoretical analysis of the impact of digital economy on industrial green development.Secondly,on the basis of a clear concept,select measurement indicators for the digital economy and industrial green development,construct a measurement indicator system,and use the improved entropy weight method and the weights of green development evaluation indicators issued by four ministries and commissions to determine the indicator weight,calculate the measurement results,in order to understand the current situation of China’s digital economy and industrial green development during the research period.Thirdly,the measurement results of the digital economy and industrial green development are used as explanatory variables and explained variables respectively.Selecting appropriate panel regression models through model validation.Using this model,we can study the impact of the digital economy on industrial green development from a holistic and multi-dimensional perspective,and verify the robustness of the results by means of instrumental variable method,substitution of explained variables and quantile regression;we can also verify the heterogeneity of the impact effects from a regional perspective.In addition,this dissertation also constructs a threshold regression model to test the technical threshold characteristics of the impact effect,and uses the intermediary effect model to verify the possible impact mechanism of the digital economy on industrial green development.In order to further explore the spatial spillover effect of digital economy on industrial green development,the spatial Durbin model is used to test this possible impact feature.Finally,based on the empirical test results,targeted suggestions are proposed from two aspects: further promoting the development of the digital economy and releasing the green efficiency of the digital economy. |
