Research On The Path Of Inter Provincial Innovation-Driven High-Quality Development Based On Configuration Analysis

In 2035,China will be built into a modern socialist power in an all-round way.High-quality development is the top priority.Innovation is the primary driving force for high-quality development,and innovation is a key step to promote high-quality development.High-quality development and innovation-driven development strategies are requirements that all regions should implement.All regions should combine the advantages and disadvantages of development to embark on a high-quality development path that suits their own conditions.In practice,under the circumstances of different resource endowments and different environmental requirements in different provinces,it is worth further research which innovative models can be organically combined with regional resources to promote high-quality development.The specific research content of this paper is as follows.Firstly,on the basis of combing and reviewing the relevant literature,the concepts of high-quality development,independent innovation,technology introduction,technology transfer,resource endowment and environmental regulation are defined;the technology gap theory,factor endowment theory,innovation drive theory and configuration theory are expounded;the qualitative and quantitative methods are described.Secondly,this paper uses economic growth,industrial structure upgrading and economic stability as the medium to explain the impact of innovation on high-quality development,and describes the relevant status quo according to relevant reports and statistics Thirdly,this paper takes 29 provinces in China as the research object,takes independent innovation,technology introduction,technology transfer,resource endowment,and environmental regulation as condition variables,and high-quality development as the result variable.After calibrating the data,this paper quantifies the necessary conditional effect size using the necessary condition analysis method,and confirms it in combination with the NCA scatter plot.And then it analyzes the bottleneck level of the necessary conditions.In this paper,the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method is used to qualitatively determine the necessary conditions,and two types of four high-quality development realization paths and two types of three non-high-quality development conditions are configured,and the robustness test is carried out by changing the original consistency threshold and PRI consistency threshold.Finally,it carefully analyzes the multiple concurrent causal relationships and multiple equivalent paths between achieving and failing to achieve high-quality development,and puts forward targeted suggestions from four aspects: innovation model selection,high-quality development layout,environmental governance efficiency,and talent training and introduction,so as to provide reference for provinces to establish a modern economic system and achieve further optimization of high-quality development.
