Research On The Impact Of Tax Relief And Government Subsidies On The Electronic Information Industry Chain

On March 1,2021,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology(MIIT)pointed out in a press conference that the stability and competitiveness of industry chains and supply chains should be enhanced in a prominent and important position,which shows the necessity of research related to industrial chains.Based on this practical background,this paper focuses on how to build electronic information industry chain in recent years,and discusses the impact of policy instruments represented by tax relief and government subsidies on the electronic information industry chain.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results,it puts forward targeted suggestions for the coordinated development of the electronic information industry and the upstream and downstream industries from the perspective of product production technology.Firstly,study and sort out the relevant literature,define the concept of electronic information industry,sort out the theoretical basis of industry chain and product chain in detail,and the interactive relationship between industries and industrial development and national policies is theoretically elaborated.Secondly,select the parameters for drawing the industry chain,explain the construction method of the industry chain,explain the data source,and then sort out the input-output analysis process and parameters to be calculated.According to the calculation results,build the electronic information industry chain for the last year with statistical data,then draw the picture.The results show that in 2020,the electronic information industry has a strong correlation with non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry,as well as the electric machine,transmission and distribution and control equipment manufacturing industry.Thirdly,the confidence level of the input-output table data for forecasting a certain period in the future and the potential disturbing factors are explained,the influence of time and industrial policy factors on the input-output table data is deeply analyzed,and the method of data adjustment is explained.Finally,the different electronic information industry chains constructed are compared considering the influence of two major factors.The results show that in the case of the same monetary amount,government subsidies and tax relief have roughly the same impact on the electronic information industry chain,and the effect of government subsidies is slightly stronger.Based on the empirical analysis results,the paper puts forward specific suggestions on the development of electronic information industry from four aspects: the combination of tax relief and expenditure,the business environment of the industry,maintaining innovation ability,strengthening and extending the industrial chain structure.
