Research On The Land Use Benefit Evaluation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Different Types Of Enterprises In H Hi Tech Development Zone

The high-tech industrial development zone is the main carrier of regional investment attraction,industrial transformation and talent gathering,and plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the high-quality development of urban economy and society and the construction of ecological civilization.In view of the multiple contradictions of the continuous shortage of enterprise land resources,industrial upgrading and modernization management in H Hi tech Industrial Development Zone,this paper evaluates the land use efficiency in four aspects of enterprise land use level,social,economic and ecological benefits,covering 13 evaluation factors such as comprehensive floor area ratio,per capita employment,per capita GDP,and per capita fixed asset investment,Establishing the evaluation index system of land use efficiency for different types of enterprises in H Hi tech Development Zone and evaluating the land use efficiency have great theoretical guidance and practical reference significance for how to improve the land use efficiency in the production and operation of enterprises.Through the evaluation of land use efficiency of different types of enterprises in h high tech Industrial Development Zone,it is concluded that among enterprises of different sizes,the larger the enterprise size is,the better the land efficiency is often;Among different types of enterprises,the land use efficiency of electronic communication,mechanical equipment manufacturing and pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises is better than that of other enterprises;The land use efficiency of high-tech enterprises is more prominent than that of non high-tech enterprises.In the face of the evaluation results and reflected problems of land use benefits of different types of enterprises,this paper constructs the classified treatment mechanism of land use benefits of different types of enterprises,and explores the effective measures and guarantee mechanism of different types of enterprises in improving the level of land use benefits.Through analysis,the following management countermeasures are proposed for H Hi tech Zone in terms of improving land use efficiency: First,actively expand the scale of enterprises.Small and medium-sized enterprises make full use of their own production technology conditions and effective social demand to improve the scale economy effect and maximize the land use efficiency;Second,implement differentiated land supply and cultivation policies for enterprises of different industrial types.Based on the comprehensive benefits of different types of industrial land,land supply and targeted industrial cultivation policies should be carried out at different levels;Third,enterprises should strengthen independent innovation and expand to high-tech industries.In terms of industrial construction and land use efficiency of H Hi tech Zone,the following three points are suggested: first,enterprises should speed up the pace of industrial upgrading and transformation and strengthen the intensity of land development and utilization;Second,enterprises should regularly implement land efficiency monitoring and evaluation,establish a self-assessment mechanism,and give full play to the win-win mechanism of enterprise management and land efficiency;Third,based on the existing petrochemical base,petrochemical enterprises expand the ecological industrial chain and resource recycling,and promote further improvement of land use efficiency.
