With the rapid development of Internet technology and online medical services,more and more companies are joining the competition in the fierce online medical service market.Although the industry is growing under the guidance of favorable policies and various innovative business models are being proposed,there are still a lot of uncertainties in the business of combining Internet healthcare with Internet insurance.The innovation of business models brings not only a bright future,but also a bumpy project execution.As a company that crosses Internet healthcare and Internet insurance,it is necessary to improve internal project efficiency if it wants to focus its resources on building capacity and grow and expand in the midst of fierce competition and vast unknowns.However,the current project process is stuck in the traditional software project process,based on the traditional industry experience,unable to optimize the process iteration according to its own situation,resulting in high project costs,fluctuating customer satisfaction and low project success rate.Therefore,in order to improve the overall strength of the company and meet the future impact and challenges,it is important to carry out project process optimization.This paper takes the project execution process in company Y as an example,and through interviews,questionnaires,cause-and-effect analysis and other research methods,we investigate the problems of unified process,irregular support team,non-standard support materials,rudimentary evaluation process,non-uniform evaluation standards,unmanaged evaluation personnel,project operation,etc.in the company’s pre-sales support process from the perspective of the current situation and overall process.We analyzed the problems of scattered work contents and unified handover process in the project operation process,and formulated a plan for optimizing the pre-sales process,which included the creation of additional teams,establishment of standard processes and increased management,a plan for optimizing the project evaluation process,which included the establishment of evaluation standards,clear team responsibilities and standardized evaluation processes,and a plan for optimizing the project operation process,which included clear division of work and standardized communication processes,and We also developed an optimization plan that included the establishment of additional teams,clarification of work responsibilities,and development of work standards.After the development of the plan,we apply the process reengineering theory to develop an implementation plan for the implementation of the plan to achieve project efficiency,customer satisfaction,project revenue,and project cost reduction,thereby improving the success rate of the company’s projects.At the same time,by designing a monitoring content that includes personnel performance,incentive system,and continuous process optimization,the vitality and flexibility of the project process is further guaranteed,and the company’s project delivery and project operation capabilities are continuously improved.The research content of this paper provides inspiration and reference of process optimization solutions for companies combining Internet healthcare and Internet insurance.We hope that it will play a positive role for more enterprises’ process improvement work.
