| With the development of market economy and the intensification of competition among enterprises,project management is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.How to better project management has become one of the decisive indicators to improve the company’s performance and has a very important role.How to optimally manage projects has become one of the key indicators to improve company performance and plays a very important role.In the day-to-day management of enterprises,through all-round management,we can make enterprise projects develop towards the goals and ensure the sustainability of business operation.Firstly,we start from the actual situation of medical project management in pharmaceutical company A,and find out some basic problems of the project by interviewing and investigating the project related personnel.Secondly,use the "fishbone diagram" to find all the possible causes and list them one by one,and further develop the "5why analysis" for the possible causes.Through the use of horizontal and vertical methods,the causes of medical management problems in pharmaceutical company A were analyzed in depth.Thirdly,using PDCA cycle management theory and Scrum framework to improve the original organizational structure based on 3 roles,to split the original large projects from the perspective of requirements,and to complete the control of project execution progress through Kanban.We optimize existing project requirements,refine the granularity of requirements,transform user requirements into user stories,and effectively solve existing problems in project management through prioritization.Finally,we propose guarantee measures for the implementation of the project management optimization program.We consider the actual situation of company A,and consider the human resources,technology and program implementation evaluation plan to ensure the effective implementation and execution of the program and the effective optimization of medical project management of pharmaceutical company A. |
