Research On Demand Management Of Internet Finance Projects Based On Agile Development

With the rapid development of China's economy and the importance of software engineering,and the advent of the Internet Finance era,the loan structure of China's banking industry is undergoing significant changes,and the proportion of personal loans is growing.The rise of Internet finance can not be separated from the assistance of it engineering.The rapid change of users' demand leads to their higher and higher expectations of Internet finance software.As an enterprise that has been deeply engaged in financial IT service industry for many years,Y company has accumulated rich financial product business experience.Facing the vast retail credit business market,all banks/consumer finance companies hope to occupy market share as much as possible.Y company relies on its own advantages in business and it technical talents,and Internet financial project credit app emerges.From providing customers with financial IT services according to the contract to developing Internet products by Y company itself,Y company's previous demand management methods have been challenged.In the face of the increasingly complex and frequently changing demand under the Internet product mode,how to manage the project demand has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this background,according to the theoretical basis of demand engineering and demand management,combined with the experience of demand management of Y company's previous development projects,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of Y company's previous demand management model compared with Y company's self-developed products,and puts forward the agile demand management model according to the characteristics of Y company's credit app project and the actual situation of the software project team Based on the scrum agile method,the agile requirement management of credit app project is carried out.It is hoped that the research on the implementation effect of credit app project will not only provide data support for the company's Internet transformation,accelerate the company's transformation,but also provide typical case reference for other companies with similar situations.This paper is also valuable for new Internet companies.
