The rapid rise of e-commerce industry in the context of China’s rapid economic development,the normalization of consumers’ online shopping,and the growing amount of express delivery of urban express delivery make express delivery companies face great challenges.The traditional express delivery mode of express company is that the express starts from the distribution center and transports the express to each demand point one by one.The whole distribution process leads to a substantial increase in the number of distribution vehicles,resulting in road congestion and high distribution cost,which makes the profit point of express company smaller and smaller,and even some express companies face the problem of loss.How to reduce the delivery cost of express delivery has become a problem that the major express companies are studying.At present,in most cities in China,except for morning and evening rush hours,the full load rate of the subway is not high,which is below the national average,and the idle space of many subway cars has not been reasonably utilized.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of low efficiency of logistics and distribution in the "last kilometer",major express companies have independently developed intelligent express cabinets.However,the intelligent express cabinets usually built around the community have low utilization rate and low access rate,and most of them are in the state of loss.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the industry and the relevant theories of "last mile" distribution,Metro collaborative distribution and intelligent express cabinet collaborative distribution,this paper constructs a conceptual model of truck Metro intelligent express cabinet collaborative distribution from the perspective of reducing the distribution cost of express companies,and then takes Dalian J Express company as the actual research object,According to the location of each demand point and the average daily demand of J express company,as well as the location of each station of Dalian metro,we use genetic algorithm to calculate the express transportation cost of collaborative distribution model.Finally,compared with the traditional truck distribution mode of J express company,the cost of truck subway intelligent express cabinet collaborative distribution model is smaller,which provides ideas and solutions for the future development of express company.
