The Study Of The Incentive Mechanism Of Electronic Warehouse Receipt Financing Mode In Online Supply Chain Finance

With the continuous development of Internet technology and e-commerce,online supply chain finance,as a combination of traditional supply chain finance and e-commerce platform,arises at the historic moment.Online supply chain finance based on B2 B platform can connect banks,B2 B platforms,logistics enterprises and other multi-party systems to achieve efficient aggregation and coordination of logistics,information flow and capital flow,and provide financing services for more small and medium-sized enterprises.However,in view of the actual situation of the current market,moral hazard and adverse selection often occur in the principal-agent relationship during the development of online supply chain finance,which hinders the development of online supply chain finance.It is of great significance to study the incentive mechanism between banks,B2 B platforms and logistics enterprises for coordinating the relationship between participating enterprises and preventing the occurrence of principal-agent problems.Based on the electronic warehouse financing model as an example,the bank of B2 B platform and logistics enterprise incentive mechanism,the text of the logistics company in particular the self-run logistics enterprises of B2 B platform,B2 B platform itself is responsible for trading information and electronic examination and analysis of credit information,such as the supply chain information,proprietary logistics enterprises are responsible for evaluation,supervision and delivery of the goods and logistics information sharing.First of all,through the analysis of the bank in the screening of B2 B platform and the influence factors of its own logistics enterprise,to build the scientific and comprehensive selection index system,using Matlab simulation software to calculate the weights of every index value,choose according to index the prioritization of B2 B platform,can quantify cooperation standard,increase the cost of B2 B platform,adverse selection,Guiding it to develop in a good direction can encourage B2 B platform and its own logistics enterprises indirectly.Secondly,the building up of the B2 B platform in cooperation and its own logistics enterprise income distribution mechanism,through the analysis of their expected revenue function to find the parameters affecting bank earnings and B2 B platform variables and the internal connection,and select some special parameter value by using Matlab simulation software to carry on the empirical analysis of the model,the corresponding conclusion,It can effectively improve the enthusiasm of B2 B platform and its self-supporting logistics enterprises,play a direct incentive role to B2 B platform and its self-supporting logistics enterprises,and reduce the occurrence of moral hazard.By constructing an incentive mechanism including screening mechanism and income distribution mechanism,the principal-agent risk of banks can be well reduced,which provides a basis for the smooth development of electronic warehouse receipt financing mode.
