| Innovation is not only the primary driving force for development,but also the strategic support for improving social productivity and comprehensive national strength.It is of great significance for promoting high-quality economic and social development.Under the guidance of international social trend and the innovation-driven development strategy,the improvement of innovation level plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of cities.As an important eastern city closed to the innovation highland of Henan Province,Kaifeng City must seize the current national strategy to superimpose and expand new space."Four major opportunities" for upgrading domestic demand and injecting new vitality,deeply implementing the innovation-driven strategy,aiming at the construction of an innovative city,accelerating the accumulation of high-end innovation resources,enhancing the technological innovation capabilities of enterprises,and accelerating the construction of a strong talent market,so that Kaifeng City will soon be able to build it into a scientific and technological innovation highland and a regional innovation city in the eastern part of the Central Plains urban agglomeration.However,due to factors such as the low level of economic development in Kaifeng,the backward allocation of innovation resources,the lack of scientific and technological innovation talents,and the poor innovation environment,the improvement of Kaifeng’s innovation level has been limited.Based on this,on the basis of constructing an index system,this study deeply explores the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of Kaifeng’s innovation level,and puts forward the optimization path in a targeted way,in order to provide reference for the improvement of innovation level and high-quality development of Kaifeng.According to the above research ideas,based on the diamond model theory,technology innovation theory,field innovation theory,network innovation theory and other innovation theories,this research makes the following analysis: First,through the research progress of domestic and foreign innovative cities,innovative enterprises and innovative activities Objective analysis,combined with the specific situation of Kaifeng’s innovation resources and innovation platforms,explored a new path to improve Kaifeng’s innovation level under the background of innovation-driven;secondly,based on the innovation level indicator system,explores Kaifeng’s evolution of different time axes from the perspective of comprehensive and subsystems At the same time,based on the comprehensive scores of innovation levels of different time series,the theil index and coefficient of variation are used to explore the internal differences of Kaifeng’s innovation level;thirdly,the innovation development level is explored from the two dimensions of Kaifeng’s internal and inter-regional comparisons.The spatial evolution characteristics,spatial correlation characteristics and spatial connection characteristics are analyzed.Finally,using the obstacle degree diagnosis model to analyze the obstacle factors of Kaifeng city subsystem layer and index layer,and based on Kaifeng City’s innovation status quo and spatial and temporal evolution characteristics,it puts forward the optimization path to improve Kaifeng City’s innovation level.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)From the perspective of time series evolution characteristics,based on the score calculated by the comprehensive index system of innovation level,the comprehensive score of Kaifeng’s innovation level increased from 0.0240 to 0.0919 in 2010-2019,showing a gradual upward trend.Further observation found that,except for the local decline in the innovation level in 2011 and 2012,the comprehensive score of innovation level basically maintained a steady and high-speed growth trend.From the perspective of subsystems,Kaifeng’s innovation output score and comprehensive score show a trend of fluctuation in the same direction,and the innovation input score and innovation environment score in some years have a trend of reverse change with the comprehensive score.Among them,the highest level of development is the level of innovation output,the next is the level of innovation environment,and the level of innovation input is the lowest.In addition,the internal differences of Kaifeng’s innovation level on different time axes show a development trend of "first decrease and then volatility increase".According to the change of the inflection point,it is divided into three stages: low-quality equalization,high-quality differentiation and high-quality equalization.(2)From the perspective of the spatial evolution pattern,on the whole,the innovation level of Kaifeng City presents an obvious spatial distribution pattern of "strong northwest and weak southeast".Specifically,the agglomeration of high-value areas is centered on Longting District,a municipal district,and the overall agglomeration trend is prominent.The low-and medium-level areas are mainly distributed at the edge of the city,with a large range of low-and medium-level clusters in the south and east.In addition,although the three subsystems also show a spatial differentiation pattern of "strong northwest and weak southeast",the local differences are still obvious.From the perspective of inter-regional comparison,in the three time sections,although the level of innovation and development in Kaifeng City has risen,the rate of increase is small.The level of innovation and development of Kaifeng City is still in the middle-level area in Henan Province,which confirms the level of innovation and development in Kaifeng City is relatively low.(3)From the perspective of spatial connection strength,on the one hand,the spatial connection network strength of innovation level shows an obvious spatial distribution pattern from northwest to Southeast.In addition,the spatial connection intensity of innovation level in 9 districts and counties is still dominated by weak and weak connections,and the number of strong and strong connections is relatively small.At the same time,the level of innovation in Kaifeng is more closely related,and the spatial connection of innovation level in five municipal districts is significantly higher than that in four county units.On the other hand,from the perspective of the total amount of innovation level spatial connection network,the gap between the total amount of innovation level spatial network connection among the nine districts and counties is obvious.The connection between Longting District and Shunhe District is the most intensive,while the connection between Tongxu County and Lankao County is the least.(4)From the analysis of obstacle factors,in the analysis of time series obstacle factors,the innovation output subsystem has the greatest impact on the innovation level,followed by the innovation environment,while the innovation input has the least impact on the innovation level.The spatial barrier factor analysis is slightly different,showing that the innovation input subsystem has the greatest impact on the internal innovation level,followed by the innovation output,and the innovation environment has the least impact.Based on the analysis of time series and spatial obstacle factors,it is found that the main factors restricting the improvement of Kaifeng’s innovation level are mainly indicators such as engineering technology research center,technology market contract turnover,per capita patent application volume and full-time personnel equivalent.On this basis,the problems existing in the space-time dimension are summarized,and the promotion path for improving the innovation level of Kaifeng City is put forward according to the problems. |
