The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy is an opportunity for the vast rural areas and will usher in a new wave of development. As development means more land is needed, more and more rural land is facing expropriation. The problem of benefit distribution in the expropriation of farmland is particularly prominent.During the process of land expropriation, various stakeholders often conflict with each other in order to obtain more benefits. This paper uses the case study method, combines the principal game theory and principal-agent theory, this paper divides the stakeholders of agricultural land acquisition into: the central government, local government, village committees and land-expropriated farmers.Research.The research shows that in Yu’an District, there are problems such as insufficient supervision by the central government, diversified objectives in the distribution of local government interests, too much land acquisition funds retained by the village committee, and the long-standing disadvantaged position of farmers in Yu’an District. In order to achieve a balanced distribution of benefits from farmland expropriation,it is suggested to strengthen the supervision of the central government, improve the compensation system for farmland expropriation, standardize land acquisition procedures, strengthen the supervision of village committees, improve the level of villagers’ self-governance,and enhance the legal awareness of land-expropriated farmers.Change the situation that has been in a weak position for a long time.
