Research On The Benefit Assignment Of The Countryside Collective Land's Drafting And Relocating

The rural collective land collecting and houses removing is an important work of urbanization. Collecting land and removing houses is a focus and difficult problem in the social, in the final analysis, that is because of benefits distribution, which is concerned with government, collective, peasants and developer. There are a lot of game theories in the process of benefits distribution. This paper researches the benefits distribution problem of rural collective land and houses removing from the game theory perspective.Firstly, this paper distinguishes the government, collectives (landless peasants ) and developer who are involved in the collecting land and removing houses and seeks their benefit and analyzes the conflicts of disadvantaged group and the strong group. At the same time, from social development and the resource protection, rural benefit and city benefit, personal benefit and overall benefit, commercial benefit and survival benefit, the benefit of short period and long-term benefit the deep contradiction is analyzed deeply; Then, this paper researches the benefits distribution action in the process of land collect ing and houses removing, through applies the game theory, this paper establishes the benefits distribution bargaining game model of land collecting and houses removing, reveals the substance of the benefits distribution between the relatives, and then certificates it by examples; Thirdly, according to the "Nash Principle" of game theory , bargaining game model of land collecting and houses removing ,three-main theory model, raises countermeasures of land collecting and houses removing benefits distribution. Finally, applies the main results to put forward the detailed suggestion which against the benefit distribution problem of land collecting and houses removing in Guihuaping street Tianxin district.The contribution and innovation of this paper: Firstly, systematized analyzes the contradictions of rural land collecting and removing benefits; Secondly, establishes a game theory model of benefits distribution establishes a game theory model of benefits distribution which involved in the rural collective land collecting and removing; Thirdly, raises the main countermeasures of rural collective land collecting and removing benefits distribution which is based on the game theory model; The forth, applies the main results to put forward the detailed suggestion which against the benefit distribution problem of land collecting and houses removing in Guihuaping street Tianxin district, moreover, certificates it by example.
