Existing Problems And The Counter Measures Research About Rural Land Expropriation And Demolition

In recent years,the government vigorously promotes the development of urbanization in C hina.The development of urbanization is not only the result for people looking for a good existing environment,but also the result for technology development and resource importance changed.But at the same time,the development of urbanization will reduce agricultural lands,which would cause all kinds of problems.And land requisition compensation problem of the farmers gradually attention by people.Rural land appropriation problems directly involves the fundamental interests of the farmers,improper handling would easily cause conflict problems.For now,however,the processions of our country rural area land appropriation still exist many problems,these problems could make the situation “more farmers,less farmland” more obviously,and then cause the conflicts between farmers and land acquisition organizations.On one hand,the outbreak of the conflicts would hinder the advance of rural land expropriation and demolition work.O n the other hand,the conflicts would conducive to the stability of the society,and being a threat to the construction of a harmonious society.On this basis,this article embarks from the theory,summarize and combing C hina’s problems of the rural requisition,use game theory analysis these problems and do field survey,try to learn the related things in F uda high tech area,Meixian country,Guangdong province,find problems exist in this place,figure out counters and suggestions used to solve these problems with related theories.Full text is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is introduction,elaborated the research background,literature review and significance,research methods and main contents,technical route and so on.The second chapter is the requisition of concept definition and theoretical basis.The third chapter is the existing problems of our country rural area land appropriation and its reason analysis.Based on current land expropriation compensation policy in China,analyzed the current rural land expropriation compensation in the implementation of the policy problems and deficiencies,using game theory delving into its cause.The fourth chapter is the present situation and problems of land demolition in Fuda high tech area,Meixian county,Guangdong province.O n the one hand,this chapter describes the the requisition status quo in Fuda high tech area,Meixian county,Guangdong province.O n the other hand,this chapter use the questionnaire about farmers to reflect the existing problems in the area.The fifth chapter is the rural land demolition problem solution-take Fuda high tech zone as an example.The analysis results are:(1)Farmers do not trust government and people work in there so much.(2)Farmers are not satisfied with the compensation standard,will take actions to improve it.(3)Farmers are sick of forced demolition,some even try to resist it.So to solve these problems,the government should try to establish and complete the laws related to land requisition and demolishing,play a guide role in this procession,specification the officer’s behaviors,improve the compensation standard,create new compensation methods,try to let different interest subjects participate in land requisition and demolishing.The possible innovation is do a field survey and case analysis in Fuda high tech area,Meixian county,Guangdong province,and get useful good results,which have guiding significance in promoting land requisition and demolishing in Fuda high tech area,Meixian county,Guangdong province.
