| Employee motivation is a key method to improve the work efficiency of the enterprise as a whole and drive the enterprise to create value.Appropriate and good incentives are very effective in improving the enthusiasm and performance of employees,so employee motivation has always been a vital work in enterprise human resource management.With the rise of high-tech,the number of high-tech enterprises and knowledge workers engaged in high-tech research and development has increased dramatically.Knowledge-based employees are the core of high-tech enterprise productivity,improving enterprise level and creating enterprise value must start with knowledge-based employees.Because knowledge-based employees use knowledge as productivity and most of them have high education,they are very different from traditional employees.Therefore,building a set of incentive mechanisms suitable for knowledge-based employees in high-tech enterprises on the basis of traditional incentive mechanisms is beneficial to high-tech enterprises.This paper takes T company as an example,uses questionnaire survey method,interview method and other methods to investigate the current situation of T company’s incentive mechanism,and conducts research on this basis,hoping to find an incentive mechanism suitable for knowledge workers.First of all,combined with relevant domestic and foreign literature,the concepts of knowledge workers and high-tech enterprises are defined,which provides a reference for improving the incentive mechanism.Secondly,it introduces the research results of the existing incentive theory,analyzes the problems in the traditional incentive mechanism,and provides a solid and reliable theoretical basis for the construction of the incentive mechanism for knowledge workers.Finally,conduct a survey and interview with T company,find out the problems in the incentive mechanism of T company,combine the traditional incentive mechanism with the status quo of employee demand in the survey results,and provide suggestions for the improvement of T company’s knowledge-based employee incentive measures.Based on the above research theories and survey results,the following conclusions can be drawn.Among the many motivating factors,material incentive is always the most important and basic among the many motivating factors of knowledge workers.At the same time,because knowledge-based employees use knowledge as their productivity,they pay more attention to personal growth and knowledge learning,and enjoy the sense of accomplishment brought about by the process of creating value.Managers should focus on spiritual incentives for knowledge-based employees when building an incentive mechanism. |
