High tech enterprises are currently facing a surname knowledge employee job hopping situation,this is due to the high technology different incentives to meet the different needs of different types of knowledge,leading to knowledge workers lack of enthusiasm and initiative in the work process,work efficiency is low.This situation leads to the rising cost of human resources,which seriously affects the normal operation of the enterprise and the economic benefit of the company.In this regard,how to take a more scientific and effective way to inspire knowledge workers' potential and enhance their work efficiency and enthusiasm has become the top priority of high-tech enterprises.Especially for the H company in the software industry,it always said how to improve the current incentive situation of the company,and use various incentive ways to ensure the normal operation of the company.This paper introduces the concept and theoretical basis of the incentive theory,combined with the characteristics of knowledge workers,analysis the status of incentive of knowledge workers in high tech enterprises,including the analysis of the human resource management of H company,the specific introduction of the company and the company has the incentive.Based on the analysis of the incentive status,analyze the problems and causes of the knowledge workers in H company incentive way,finally puts forward countermeasures,including improving the evaluation system,strengthen the guiding role of positive incentive measures and do the introduction and design system.On the basis of grasping the incentive theories both at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the incentive situation of H company,and explores the problems and causes of the company.Finally,it puts forward specific incentives and improvement strategies.In the process of research,there are some innovations in this paper.(1)there is a difference between the employees of knowledge and the ordinary employees.The knowledge-based staff is a special group to master the experience and skills of cash work and to bring more economic benefits to the company.The needs of knowledge workers have surpassed the needs of one level of Maslow's demand theory,but the combination of material and spiritual two.In this regard,on the basis of improving the incentive mode of the company,the special needs of the knowledge-based employees should be considered.(2)aiming at the investigation of the satisfaction degree of the incentive way adopted by H company at present,this paper analyzes the current situation of the incentive way of the company,and on this basis,puts forward the problems and defects of H's knowledge worker incentive mode.(3)only the improvement of the company's corresponding incentive methods can improve the efficiency of the knowledge workers,improve the market competition ability and market position of the company.In this regard,we can complement and improve the evaluation system,give full play to the guiding role of positive incentive measures and adopt appropriate negative incentives so as to give full play to the effectiveness of incentive measures.
