The "double carbon" goal is put forward. The logistics industry with high energy consumption and high carbon emission urgently needs to realize green development, and improving green efficiency is the key.Due to the different resource endowments in different regions, the green efficiency of logistics industry may have spatial-temporal variation. In addition, the effect of logistics activities is often not limited to the region,it is likely to produce spatial spillover effect. Therefore,it is necessary to measure the green efficiency level of logistics industry in our country, explore its spatial-temporal variation, consider the spatial effect in the empirical research of influencing factors, and put forward targeted suggestions on this basis. For the measurement of the green efficiency of logistics industry, this paper collects the panel data of logistics industry in 30 provinces and municipalities(excluding Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)from 2010 to 2019,regards carbon dioxide emissions as the undesired output, uses a variety of DEA models to measure the green efficiency level of logistics industry in all regions of our country, and combines Gini criterion to obtain the comprehensive green efficiency value. Then,a variety of quantitative analysis methods of economic data were used to analyze the temporal change trend and spatial distribution characteristics of green efficiency in logistics industry. On the influencing factors of green efficiency in logistics industry, based on previous studies,The spatial econometric model was used to empirically study the direct influence and spatial spillover effect of technological innovation, environmental regulation, human capital, regional economic development level, government intervention, openness to the outside world and energy consumption structure on the green efficiency of logistics industry at the national level and regional level of different efficiency levels,as well as the differences of each influencing factor in different regions. The key research questions of this paper are as follows:(1)How to characterize the green efficiency of logistics industry considering carbon dioxide emission?(2)What is the time change trend and spatial distribution characteristic of green efficiency in logistics industry?(3)What are the direct effects and spillover effects of green efficiency factors in logistics industry? The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)During the observation period, the green efficiency of logistics industry in our country generally showed a fluctuating upward trend, but the growth range was small. There are obvious differences in green efficiency of logistics industry in six regions. The green efficiency of the logistics industry has increased in most provinces and cities.(2)The green efficiency of logistics industry in our country showed a spatial distribution trend that the green efficiency increased gradually from west to east, first increased and then decreased from south to north, and the east-west(north-south)direction gap increased(decreased). The global distribution of green efficiency in logistics industry has a cyclic trend of "aggregation—diffusion—aggregation—diffusion",and the local agglomeration patterns are mainly "high—high" agglomeration and "low—low" agglomeration. The green efficiency of logistics industry in all provinces in the agglomeration area increased in disequilibrium, the distribution direction shifted obviously, the agglomeration characteristics changed, and the distribution center of gravity moved to the southeast.(3)The green efficiency of logistics industry showed significant negative spatial spillover effect, that is,there is siphon(polarization)effect, and the effect exists in different areas; The effects of various factors on the green efficiency of logistics industry are different and show heterogeneity in different regions.
