Study On Control And Optimization Of Supply Chain System Of Fresh Agricultural Products In Supermarket

Fresh agricultural products are widely distributed,seasonal,and not easily preserved and transported,which has always been a difficult point for supermarkets to operate and manage.From the source to the end consumption,fresh agricultural products have to go through procurement,packaging,transportation,processing and loading and unloading,so it is very easy to cause secondary pollution and the loss rate is also very high.BBG supermarket,as a large supermarket chain,is no exception to the problems faced by its fresh produce supply chain,and the optimization of fresh produce supply chain has become one of the key issues to be solved.This paper takes BBG supermarket fresh produce supply chain as the research object,and firstly analyzes the current situation of its fresh produce supply chain,mainly from the procurement system,quality system,logistics system,information system and sales system.On this basis,the problems of BBG supermarket are analyzed in the light of supply chain theories and the actual situation of BBG supermarket,mainly in terms of the degree of organization among supply chain subjects,supply chain standardization,supply chain quality and safety control,order management process,supply chain segment loss control and supply chain information system construction.Finally,combining with the advanced experience of other supermarkets,the optimization strategies are proposed in terms of supply chain standardization,supply chain quality control,supply chain order process,supply chain information system,etc.Through the above strategies,the optimization of fresh produce supply chain of BBG supermarket is realized,so as to reduce the loss caused during the circulation of fresh produce,extend the shelf life of fresh produce,ensure the freshness of produce,and enhance the core competitiveness of BBG supermarket.This will reduce the loss caused by the fresh produce distribution process,extend the shelf life of fresh produce,ensure the freshness of the products and enhance the core competitiveness of BBG supermarkets.How to transfer fresh agricultural products from the source to consumers with high quality and high efficiency is the key concern of BBG supermarket operators and also the issue of relationship between practitioners.Through an in-depth study of fresh produce supply chain optimization in BBG supermarkets,this study proposes targeted optimization strategies,which not only provide an optimization basis for fresh produce supply chain optimization in BBG supermarkets,but also provide reference for other supermarkets.
