At present,we are in a VUCA era full of uncertainty.The existing balance in related fields is constantly being broken,and many companies need to face it in a different way from the past.This poses a huge challenge to the company’s operation and management and the comprehensive capabilities of management personnel,and the middle-level managers,as the backbone of the company,are given higher requirements.Middle-level managers are responsible for the important link and core role of the operation of the enterprise.Their comprehensive ability level is vital to the enterprise.Strengthening and perfecting the training and development of middle-level managers and improving their comprehensive management capabilities can provide a guarantee for the operation and competition of the enterprise.Founded in 2011,YS is an e-commerce company specializing in cross-border export retail trade.Its sales channels are mainly multi-platform and multi-site.In 2020,international trade will be severely affected due to COVID-19.YS cross-border e-commerce company has maintained a rapid growth through the B2 C platform operation model.With the rapid increase of employees with the development of the business department,the team of middle managers has become larger and larger,and the training and development of middle managers has reached an important height.This article is on the basis of studying and summarizing the relevant theories and status quo of human resource management,training and development,middle managers at home and abroad,based on the actual situation of the YS cross-border e-commerce company’s organizational structure and operation mode,with middle managers as the research object.The whole process of research is based on the idea of discovering problems,analyzing problems,and solving problems,design training and development survey questionnaires,questionnaire surveys and related data analysis.Discover the shortcomings in current training development:training needs analysis failed to be effectively carried out,training plan formulation is not perfect,trainers’ comprehensive ability is not strong,training organization implementation process lacks management,training evaluation feedback is only a formality and other issues.Finally,combining theory with practice,using the principle of "PDCA cycle",this paper puts forward the training and development scheme for middle managers of YS cross-border ecommerce company.Through this research,on the one hand,it helps to solve the problems related to the training and development of middle managers of YS cross-border e-commerce companies,and on the other hand,it also provides some ideas and references for the talent cultivation of fastgrowing cross-border e-commerce companies.
