The health care industry is an important industry under the rapid economic and social development of China and the national "healthy China" strategy.With its rapid development,it has to regulate and strengthen local health and wellness services.After the emergence of health care enterprises of health care enterprises in Guangxi,they have not only improved the quality of elderly care services for local people,but also greatly promoted the development of tourism industry in the region and solved the employment problem of a considerable number of people.Therefore,the healthy development of health care enterprises in Guangxi has not only made important contributions to improving the quality of people’s lives,but also greatly improved the service level of Guangxi’s service industry,driven local employment and accelerated the development of local economy.Under the background of encouraging to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the elderly care industry and supporting the big health industry,this paper follows the research idea of guiding Guangxi X Health Care Company to practice and operate under the guidance of the health care service market theory and Porter’s competition theory.Under the instructions of the state on the health care industry and health care institutions and new situation of current economic development,research on problems,analysis of countermeasures research on Guangxi X Health Care Company were carried out.The empirical study of Guangxi C Health Care Company is used as the epitome of the development of health care enterprises in Guangxi Autonomous Region,providing relevant research reference for the strategic development of health care enterprises in China.This paper focuses on the research mainly focuses on the following aspects: Firstly,this article reviews and summarizes the current academic literature related to the health and wellness industry for theoretical exploration,and finds a general method to study the development of health care enterprises.It studies the literature in recent years from combines theories such as enterprise development strategy theory and Porter’s competitive strategy theory,and mainly analyzes the development status,problems Risk challenges,future prospects and other issues provide reference for the research of X Health Care Company in this paper.Secondly,by means of network investigation and field research,the growth history,personnel situation,business status and other conditions of Guangxi X Health Care Company were investigated and analyzed,and four problems were found: fierce competition between health care institutions and great difficulty in obtaining customers;Heavy asset operation,single business and insufficient profitability;Lack of development strategies and low efficiency of sectoral coordination;The talents are relatively scarce and the innovation capability of the enterprise is flawed.Afterwards,external environmental research methods and Swot research methods were used,the paper deeply studied the development environment of Guangxi X Health Care Company.On the basis of the analysis of the external and industry environment of Guangxi,combined with the SWOT matrix analysis results of the health care company,the company adopted a diversified development strategy,made full use of the current industry development opportunities and advantages,and achieved the development strategic objectives of X Health Care Company.Its core is to use enterprise vision and development goals,and give the specific implementation measures of X Health Care Company’s development strategy aspects based on competitive differences,optimization of business model,diversification of development,strengthening risk control,and optimization of human resources.Finally,from the dimensions of enterprise employees,technical level,organizational structure,and policies,etc,specific safeguard measures are given to promote the development strategy to achieve the desired effect. |
