| Bayannur,Inner Mongolia,is one of the three major high-quality wheat producing areas in the world(Alberta Province,Ukraine,and Hetao Region in Canada).It is the main national high-quality spring wheat production area and the only large-scale high-quality spring wheat production base approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in China.Especially Hetao wheat has excellent quality and is known as the "pentathlon" champion wheat.However,for a long time,the development of the wheat processing industry in the city has been relatively lagging behind,and the problems of "not being able to satisfy,move,far away,hard,strong,rich,and unable to support" have been plagued.In addition,due to factors such as the post pandemic era and the strong expansion of large flour enterprises,many small and medium-sized flour enterprises in China have closed down in recent years,and the processing industry is accelerating integration.The wheat processing enterprises in the city are also facing the same problem.In order to achieve the sound and rapid development of the wheat processing industry in Bayannur City,this topic was selected.Starting from defining the basic concept category of the wheat processing industry and sorting out relevant basic theories,a systematic analysis was conducted on the current development status of the city’s wheat processing industry.The comparative advantage theory,industrial competitiveness theory,and industrial chain theory were used to conduct in-depth exploration of various situations that exist in the development process.At the same time,the system summarized the successful experience of developing the wheat processing industry at home and abroad for reference,and proposed to improve the raw material supply capacity,focus on cultivating the wheat processing industry cluster,attach importance to the marketing of the wheat processing industry,increase policy support and guidance,and further optimize financial services from five aspects,Especially in April 2022,the State Council approved the construction of a national agricultural high-tech industry demonstration zone in Bayannur,Inner Mongolia,which included hard wheat as one of the leading industries for development.Bayannur’s wheat processing industry welcomed a good opportunity for vigorous development.On this basis,it provides important basic information and decision-making basis for the municipal party committee and government to correctly formulate the development direction and strategy of the city’s wheat processing industry,which is beneficial for improving the development level of the city’s wheat processing industry and has a positive effect on promoting the high-quality development of the city’s wheat processing industry. |
