In recent years,China’s digital economy has experienced tremendous growth,emerging as a crucial engine for economic and social change and promoting highquality,healthy development of the country’s economy.Through digital transformation,enterprises are creating new business models and management methods.In this process of industrial transformation,risks and challenges coexist,and companies must find a balance between strategic opportunities and sunk costs.The national "14th Five-Year Plan" outlines the digital economy as a separate chapter,emphasizing the need to accelerate the development of the digital economy,digital society,and digital government to drive the transformation of production methods,lifestyles,and governance.After years of planning and exploration,enterprises are taking significant strides towards digital transformation,which not only helps them achieve cost reduction and efficiency,but also empowers them to rethink their value proposition and reconstruct their business models.On the basis of reviewing the research on enterprise digital capability both at home and abroad,this paper expounds the connotation of enterprise digital capability and defines the concept of enterprise digital capability.By using the method of literature research,this paper analyzes the constitutive elements of enterprise digital capability,and constructs an evaluation index system of enterprise digital capability,including four primary indicators(digital technology basic capability,digital resource coordination capability,digital operation and management capability,and digital environment perception capability)and 15 secondary indicators.Based on this index system,the evaluation indicators for enterprise digital transformation capability are determined by expert investigation,and the weights of each evaluation indicator are obtained by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Finally,the fuzzy mathematical theory is used to calculate the scores of each indicator of YL’s digital transformation capability.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,the conclusion is drawn that improving enterprise digital transformation capability is the key to the success of digital transformation,and it is necessary to focus on enhancing the capabilities in digital infrastructure construction,digital management system architecture design,digital operation and management capability cultivation,and digital resource sharing platform construction.Accordingly,this paper also provides some suggestions for improving enterprise digital transformation capability,including upgrading digital infrastructure,establishing digital resource sharing platforms,introducing advanced digital technologies,and improving the policy and regulatory framework for digital development.This study explores the key factors that may affect the digital transformation capability of enterprises in the context of the digital economy,aiming to help companies cultivate and enhance their digital transformation capability.By leveraging the digital economy,enterprises can develop and gain a competitive advantage in the market.Finally,based on the research findings,this article proposes several suggestions to enhance the digital transformation capability of enterprises,providing valuable references for digital transformation,and summarizes the limitations and future research prospects of this research,which may provide new research directions for future studies in the field of digital transformation.
