| The "14th Five-year Plan" for The Development of Digital Economy points out that China’s digital economy is moving towards a comprehensive expansion period.Under the background of digital economy,the general direction of apparel enterprises’ reform focuses on digital transformation.Apparel enterprises are faced with problems such as unbalanced supply and demand of commodities and overstocked inventory.Digital transformation of enterprises can help enterprises better adapt to changes in the external environment and establish market competitive advantages.Enterprises carry out digital transformation,digital capacity building is the core path throughout,but different types of enterprises and different stages of development need different digital capabilities,enterprises need to analyze and identify the gap between the status quo and expectations of these key capabilities and formulate improvement measures based on their own characteristics.This thesis focuses on the insufficient digital capability of Y Company and proposes corresponding improvement strategies.Based on the interview and survey data of Y Company,this study identifies the insufficient digital capability of Y company from the dilemma of enterprise digital transformation and operation and management process.On the basis of field interviews,the thesis summarizes the four dimensions and corresponding evaluation indicators of Y company’s digital capability,which are business management capability,data management capability,infrastructure construction capability and organizational adaptation capability.Then,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to evaluate the digital capability of Y Company.The evaluation factors of Y company’s digital capability are divided into four ranges according to their weights.It is found that the enterprise data management capability is the capability index that Y company needs to focus on improving.In the process of digital transformation,Y Company pays attention to the investment of equipment,technology and digital talents,and invests these resources in the digital transformation of the enterprise to upgrade its business management.In this process,the enterprise’s digital capability has been gradually improved.Y Company needs to develop and consolidate its existing experience in digital transformation,solve problems in the process of data collection,build a data security protection system,and then open up the system data,make timely data analysis by integrating internal and external data of the enterprise,and support enterprise process management and business decisions through data.This thesis puts forward several suggestions from three aspects of improving data management ability,business management ability and attach greater importance to digital transformation strategy.In order to solve the problem of insufficient data support for enterprise operation and management decisions,solve the obstacles in the process of enterprise digital transformation,improve the digital ability of Y company,and adapt to the needs of enterprise transformation and development.This thesis provides a reference evaluation model for enterprise digital capability evaluation,and provides methods and suggestions for related enterprises to evaluate digital capability.This thesis guides Y company’s digital capability building by referring to the level of enterprise digital capability,combines the enterprise digital capability with the characteristics of the garment industry,and strengthens the relationship between enterprise digital transformation and enterprise digital capability in the research process.At the same time,the research conclusions of this thesis provide suggestions for enhancing the digital capacity building of Y Company,promoting the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprises,and also provide direction for relevant enterprises to strengthen the digital capacity building. |
