| Since the rural revitalization strategy was proposed, how to revitalize and utilize the cultural resources of traditional villages in counties as a whole, promote the synergistic development of traditional villages at the county level, and help rural revitalization has risen to the height of national strategy.Remote mountainous counties, with their unique natural ecological environment and historical and cultural environment, often have a large number and rich types of traditional village clusters. In order to avoid homogeneous competition, how to integrate the resources of traditional villages in the counties, develop them selectively, with focus and differences, and realize the overall protection and coordinated development of traditional villages in the counties has become a practical problem to be solved. To this end, this paper proposes to build a scientific evaluation system for the tourism development potential of remote mountainous counties, which can accurately measure the tourism development potential of counties’ traditional villages and clarify the priority level, development timing, advantages and disadvantages of traditional villages,so as to provide reference and basis for the overall protection and utilization of counties’ traditional villages. This paper firstly,on the basis of the industry standard and the literature related to the evaluation of the tourism development potential of traditional villages, combined with the consideration of the mountainous ethnic characteristics of remote mountainous traditional villages, uses the hierarchical analysis method and the Delphi method to construct the evaluation index system of the tourism development potential of remote mountainous counties, selects the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the main evaluation method, and uses the hierarchical analysis method and the entropy weight method to determine the index weights. The overall construction of the evaluation scheme for the tourism development potential of remote mountainous counties is completed.Secondly, the above-mentioned evaluation system of tourism development potential is applied to the empirical analysis of 28 national traditional villages in Longsheng County. The relevant data of each index factor are collected and processed, and the evaluation results are analyzed and processed through GIS software and natural intermittent point method. Finally, based on the evaluation results of the tourism development potential of traditional villages in Longsheng County,a multi-dimensional guideline system for the development strategy of traditional villages in the county from macroscopic to microscopic is established, with a view to providing methodological and ideological references for the overall protection and collaborative development of traditional villages in similar remote mountainous counties. The main conclusions of this paper are: first, the construction of a scientific evaluation system of tourism development potential is the basis for the realization of overall protection and synergistic development of traditional villages in remote mountainous counties.Secondly, the overall tourism development potential of traditional villages in Longsheng County presents medium potential level, among which there are 9,10 and 9 high, medium and low potential villages respectively, and the overall formation of two core spatial structures with the main core in the east and the secondary core in the west.Third, based on the analysis of the evaluation results of the tourism development potential of traditional villages in Longsheng County, the development strategy of traditional villages in the county is proposed at three levels: "overall development planning of the county, graded and classified development enhancement, and sub-cluster development guidance".Fourthly, the evaluation system of the tourism development potential of remote mountainous counties is practical and operable, which can not only reveal the overall tourism development potential level and spatial differentiation characteristics of traditional villages in the county, but also accurately quantify the development potential level and advantages and disadvantages of each village,so as to provide reference and basis for the overall protection and coordinated development of traditional villages in the county. |
