| Through the analysis of agricultural technology extension and the research of foreign agricultural technology, we find that the promotion of agricultural technology has some common features, such as agricultural system, agricultural science and technology, management of agricultural enterprises, sales of agricultural products, and so on. In view of the economic backwardness in Gansu remote mountainous areas, the poor natural conditions, the traffic inconvenience, the information block, the cultural quality of the farmers are generally low, and the improvement is still to be improved. This paper proposed in remote mountainous area of Gansu Province Agricultural Technology Extension of some countermeasures:(1) the complete liberation thought of agricultural extension staff, adopt flexible and diverse methods;(2) increase the agricultural science and technology correspondent base construction. Agricultural science and technology personnel are the object of national key training, should give full play to their role, to promote the enthusiasm of farmers, to increase the income of farmers, improve agricultural efficiency, stabilize the rural economic situation, improve the lives of farmers;(3) improve the intermediary service after the middle of prenatal production. Agricultural modernization is based to the majority of farmers, driving the farmers enthusiasm, using modern technology farming, and with leading enterprises and the economic cooperation organization to rely on, to agricultural science and technology promotion as a means to achieve production pattern of farming production, supply and marketing integration;(4) increase agricultural extension funds investment. Agriculture in the country’s budget to occupy second of the position, in the industrial use of the more, the proportion of agricultural promotion of funds in the budget is small, can establish a long-term mechanism for agricultural extension and increase the budget. Gansu Province in the country, per capita GDP is far below the area of middle east ministry, to rely on agriculture and tourism development area, rise in the proportion of agricultural funds is undoubtedly the key to the development of Gansu Province area;(5) and to explore the suitable mode of agricultural technology extension in remote mountainous areas;(6) with proper achievement demonstration method, achieves the twice the result with half the effort effect. Each job is to need careful scientific plan, the number of people involved in the activity, must be responsible to the people, the work of each person in detail, any possible things will have to be prepared, in advance to do a good job, to develop good results is the first step to achieve the results of the transformation of agricultural technology to promote the work of diversification, integration. Agricultural extension of the target from the original how to pursue production, change to agricultural technology personnel to master a large number of market information and industrial policies to help farmers to analyze market information, guide decision-making and solve practical problems, so as to achieve through technological change and market demand;(8) to increase publicity efforts, and make full use of network media. The development of today is no doubt, no need to discuss. The situation of agriculture and farmers and countryside in Chinese economic and social development in recent years, the rural economy has made rapid development of the market. Agricultural production is the way of autonomous management, farmers have the right to choose their own agricultural production, independent decision-making power, truly people-oriented, and effectively understand the needs of farmers to solve real problems that farmers need to address. However, the overall environment is poor in remote mountainous areas, agricultural equipment for a long time no update, so the promotion of personnel in the work is to promote the guidance;(9) the agricultural extension department regularly lead the farmers to visit. Agricultural extension to adopt different method, on-the-spot visit allows farmers to have a new experience, to visit the places of learning, can develop farmers view, let them with local farmers to more exchanges, exchanges, understanding each other’s planting and breeding experience, this kind of an experience, not only increase their knowledge, gave farmers increased their confidence, making them brave challenge yourself, hope that self can make a career and sell their results into a well-off life. |
