Study On Evaluation Of Tourism Development Potentiality Of Traditional Villages

With promotion of chinese major policies such as the acceleration of urbanization,urban and rural integration and beautiful rural construction,the number of traditional villages is accelerating to disappear.Traditional villages is a kind of heritage of living and production form,active inheritance,and is a social organization of rural communities.So active protection is the most effective protection of traditional villages.Tourism development can not only mobilize private funds to protect traditional villages,but also can solve the problem of hollow,poor infrastructure conditions and many other issues in traditional villages.So the tourism development is important of the protection of traditional villages.The research on traditional villages mainly includes three aspects:traditional village characteristic research,traditional village protection and development,and traditional village value research.Most scholars are concerned about the traditional village protection and development approach.Evaluation of traditional villages is focused on comprehensive value,rather than the evaluation of tourism development potential.This paper is based on the perspective of tourism development potential.Firstly,it summarizes the research background,research significance,research purpose,research methods and so on.Secondly,after analyzing the relevant theories,the paper summarizes the research achievements of traditional villages and tourism development both at home and abroad.Thirdly,based on building the traditional village tourism development potential evaluation index system,the paper builds the traditional village tourism development potential evaluation model useing factor analysis method and IPA analysis method.Finally,an empirical study is conducted on the traditional villages in Jinhua.Based on the evaluation of tourism potential of traditional villages in Jinhua,the paper puts forward the corresponding tourism development suggestions.This article main research conclusions are:building the traditional village tourism development potential evaluation system that is consist of.traditional village resources evaluation and tourism development conditions evaluation;building traditional village tourism development potential evaluation model using factor analysis method and IPA analysis.method;according to the traditional village tourism development potential evaluation in Jinhua,it can be divided into four types:prioritized development,secondary development,long-term development,and unsuitable development.
