The report of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that to thoroughly implement the people centred development thought,we must adhere to ensuring and improving people’s livelihood in the process of development,and encourage joint efforts to create a better life.Since the 21 st century,with the rise of real estate boom and a new round of investment in infrastructure construction,the urban area expands rapidly,and the area of heating demand also grows constantly.Meanwhile,heating as an important public utility has been paid more and more attention by the people.ZB district heating has a long history of development.As an old heavy industry city,most residential areas built in the late 1990 s were owned by state-owned enterprises,and the heating was produced by relevant state-owned enterprises or residential boilers.Due to regional or heat sources and other factors,the main urban area gradually formed the state and private district heating.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the municipal government has strengthened the management,rectification and reform of the heating industry,and established ZB Heating Group Co.,LTD through acquisitions and mergers.Through the acquisition and merger of several heating companies in the main urban area,ZB Heating Group obtains the clean heat source of the power plant centrally,replacing the old and broken boiler heating mode,increasing the stability of heating and reducing environmental pollution.As a young state-owned enterprise,the operation and management mode of its heating system is still relatively traditional,which inevitably leaves behind the management ideas of the old state-owned enterprise that originally established the company.Based on the above background,this paper studies the overall operation of the heating system in the heating period of ZB Thermal Power Group,puts forward the problems in the operation of the heating system of the company,and gives corresponding optimization schemes and safeguard measures,hoping to strengthen the company’s operation management level and improve enterprise efficiency.This paper adopts a variety of research methods,such as field investigation and interview,questionnaire survey of front-line employees,etc.First of all,from the perspective of the operation of the heating system of ZB Thermal Power Group,this paper studied and understood the advanced theories of domestic and foreign famous scholars and research institutions in the management mode of heating operation and enterprise operation management,so as to provide the basis for the subsequent writing.Secondly,by sorting out the operation process of the enterprise and interviewing and investigating the employees,the detailed operation situation of ZB Thermal Group is mastered,and the overall operation situation of the company,heat exchanger station of the heating system,heating pipe network,customer service and system control platform are analyzed in detail.The company also found that the heating system heating efficiency is low,customer satisfaction is not high,the system intelligence is limited and other problems.Finally,optimization objectives and schemes are designed according to these problems,so as to help the company’s heating system to operate efficiently and stably for a long time after application of these methods,and to improve the group’s operation level to some extent,improve heating efficiency and service level,reduce production and operation costs,and improve innovation and profitability.On the other hand,it is also expected that the data from this study on heating system operation can be used as experience for the same industry heating companies,so as to improve the cognition of the managers in the same industry on the inadequate management ability of heating system and provide theoretical reference for the management and operation practice of state-owned enterprises. |
