The Method Research Of Optimizing Of The Urban Heating Ways

The urban heating management is an important part of the urban government'smanagement of the Chinese northern area. Because of the vast territory, the variousclimate types of our country, the expansion of heating area, the long-term heating time,the greater energy consumption and the huge influence on atmospheric environment,it becomes the primary task of the urban government's management, which choosesthe best way of urban heating with suiting measures to local conditions and itspurpose is both energy-conservation and environmental protection.At first, this text has analyzed the advantages and shortcomings and scope ofapplication of various kinds of the urban heating ways of domestic and internationalcity at present, and has proposed the available scheme in reserve of the urban heating.Based on this, we propose that the optimization of the urban heating way should bedivided into two steps, which are the preliminary optimization of the urban heatingway and final optimization of the district heating way.To the preliminary optimization of the urban heating way, we should fullyconsider the characters of the heating trade, according to the principle ofenergy-conservation and environmental protection, use analytic approach of the level,and get the optimization result that suits the urban heating way of this city. Whilefinally optimizing, regarding economic principle as guidelines, we choose the mostsuitable heating way for this district. Because we fully consider the principle ofenergy-conservation, environmental protection and economic while the optimization,so this method has overall and objective characters.This text has been also analyzed to the pricing policy of the urban heating and itsinfluence on choice of the heating scheme. And it proposes to promote thedevelopment of the urban heating undertaking with the heating price. Taking Tianjinas an example finally, combining actual conditions of some district, and using theoptimization method that is adopted in this text, we should choose the most suitableheating way for it.
