Developing rural tourism is an important way to realize the strategy of rural revitalization.Rural tourism is conducive to the two-way circulation of resources,and can integrate the twelve and third industries.Tourism has a good integration,which determines its important position in rural development.The development of rural tourism in China has experienced many years of practice,and some good examples have been found in the active exploration.The development of these industries plays an important role in narrowing the economic and cultural gap between urban and rural areas,improving and promoting the upgrading of rural industrial structure,and promoting employment and income.On the other hand,rural tourism also poses a threat to rural development,such as the destruction of the environment and the gradual assimilation and decline of rural culture.Therefore,in the process of developing rural tourism,we should give consideration to efficiency and fairness.Considering the economic benefits and avoiding short-sighted behavior,we should consider the protection and construction of rural ecological environment in the long run.Only a good natural ecological environment can make the development of tourism sustainable.Developing rural tourism can stimulate domestic demand,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,help to build a harmonious society and promote rural revitalization.Based on the good economic and social effects of rural tourism development,the exploration and Research on this issue has gradually attracted widespread attention from academia and all walks of life.Based on a rural tourism project invested by Wanghu Rural Tourism Company in Chenzhou City,Hunan Province,this paper tries to explore how rural tourism companies will enhance economic efficiency while focusing on the connection with the strategy of rural revitalization,so as to achieve a win-win situation of efficiency and fairness.How to formulate an effective development strategy to meet the needs of both enterprise development and sustainable development of local economy is the most concerned issue of sustainable development of the company.This paper takes Wanghu Rural Tourism Company as the research object,following the thought of finding problems and solving problems.Firstly,based on the current economic development background,the concept and types of rural tourism are defined.Secondly,the development status of Wanghu Rural Tourism Company and its initial strategic planning are analyzed.Thirdly,the classical management credits are applied in combination with the strategic background of rural revitalization.The analysis tool analyses the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Wanghu rural tourism,reveals the shortcomings of the company’s current development strategy,and provides environment and condition support for the new strategy system.Fourthly,in addition to theoretical analysis,this paper conducts a field questionnaire survey to analyze the consumption characteristics of tourists who choose rural tourism mode.Fifth,combined with the above macro and micro analysis results,the paper puts forward the new strategic strategy for the development of Wanghu Rural Tourism Company,as well as the countermeasures and safeguards for the adjustment and optimization of the strategy.Based on the above research,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Emphasis should be placed on the integration and development of industries.The development of rural tourism companies is not limited to agriculture,but the integration of catering,accommodation,transportation,conference services,organic farms and other industries,which can be said to be a complex multi-agent ecosystem.(2)Attention should be paid to the excavation of cultural connotations.Wanghu rural tourism will become an experiential rural tourism with cultural and artistic heritage,including local folk culture,farming culture,aquaculture,catering culture and other connotations.(3)gradually form the influence of the brand.In addition to the brand upgrading of existing tourism projects,we should also establish brand effect and create brand image.With high quality products,rich cultural connotations,maintain brand reputation,promote the development of Wanghu Village Tourism Company.(4)Create tourism projects with local characteristics.At present,the open beach parks and equestrian clubs have departed from the local agricultural characteristics.In the future,a number of rural tourism experience products with cultural characteristics and local elements of Chenzhou should be developed.
