Study On Rural Tourism Development In The Context Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

The steady development of rural areas plays a key role in the economic and social development of China–this vast agricultural country.With the advancement of targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy,rural tourism has become an effective method,which makes use of existing rural natural resources,humanities landscape,agricultural industry and agrarian culture,to promote rural development,change the status quo of poverty and backwardness,and to realize the development of rural economic diversification.Due to the varied situations in different poverty-stricken areas,it is of great significance to explore a new path of rural tourism with regional characteristics to achieve the goal of targeted poverty alleviation.Under the background of targeted poverty alleviation,based on the comparatively systematic collection of literature information about the exploitation and management of rural tourism at home and abroad,this paper examines and analyzes the development of rural tourism of Gutian County,Fujian Province.By means of field research,questionnaire,statistic analyses,case study,etc.,this paper concludes the current situation of tourism development of Gutian County and points out that concerned with the rural tourism of Gutian County,there exist issues like imprecise localization of tourism,inappropriate spatial structure,lack of sustainable development,weak awareness of poor families,small industry scale,single products in poor families,scattered distribution of scenic spots,lack of systematic series,etc.To address these issues,this paper learns from successful domestic and foreign examples and puts forward such policy suggestions as precise localization,rational optimization of space structure,environmental protection,raising the awareness of low income families,innovative industry,protecting the original ecology of poor villages,regional linkage,setting up boutique tours,etc.
